Good night,uncle Jacob Oluwole...the first musician to take after chief Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi. My late dad introduced you,decency,etc, to me... for this I give kudos to GOD.
This album might have been released in 1978, the year he died. His death came as a rude shock. Had he lived longer, he would have ruled Nigeria's music scene.
wow. I have spent 10 years looking for this album. My parents had this when I was a kid. Apparently the artist died tragicallly after this album was made. The album seemed popular at the time.
This album was posthumously released, I think I remembered the time in mid 70s when it was played in the then WNBS (Western Nigeria Broadcasting Service) and the elders were discussing the talented musician and his demise. May his Soul Rest in Peace.
I wish to know more about this man. He could have ruled his own world of music. I hope he had a steady relationship because from his lyrics it seemed women dealt him a big blow. Can we know his family background? Did he have any child before his demise? If yes, where are his children? He is intellectually sound and corporate inclined.
