Some of those tests on how quickly they open the apps like TH-cam may well have been dependent on the phones network connection and not the actual specification of the phone
Be aware that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G version doesn't support Dual SIM which is crazy considering 5G is the future and this Phone is the most expensive and best model Samsung has on offer.
I like the s10 5g personally. Rounded corners. Bigger camera. Headphone jack. 5g for down the road. And no S pen for me to lose which I always do even with the alert. I will say that the note 10 + is a beast and you can't go wrong either way. Just preference
