getting used to "attack move on left click" being turned on is the best thing i've ever done in this game. it's muscle memory for me to left click on things I want to attack, then right click to move. it's also muscle memory to shift click on the minimap (since if attack move is on left click, left clicking on the map makes your champ start moving towards that location on the map rather than seeing it), the shop, etc. makes the game so much smoother.
i want to use this but then whenever i try to pan my camera using the minimap it always moves my champ in the direction of where i clicked. do you know how to circumvent this?
I think this is a good video, quick and simple, straight to the point. It's especially good for new players coming in, or for people who (even if unlikely) haven't used the ATK Move / ATK Move Click. I hope this gains a bit more traction honestly
for anyone trying to kite, there is nothing wrong with using A, I use A because its easier to use it than cliking the right minion in lane for example, and kiting is the same button so yeah, you just get used to it and get faster at it (also detaching AA in your brain from the mouse and the right click makes it kinda easier to focus on dodging and positioning with one hand, and "attacking" and using skills with the other hand, this may be why I get confused too much with the video's binding)

In emerald you have people that play a whole other game XD. Its a weird mix of aram perma fighting and a tower less map or you are fighting SKT with a group of grandmas that dont know what the right click does. Play trundle with trinity force, hydra, blade of the ruined king and perma split push, you can even split as a jg after trinity amd get free elo. People will tilt and flame you all game and report you, but you will literraly 1v9 and win and game. Some games you will lose, because people hate you and will make you lose while blaming you. Its a disgusting game.
It should be worth mentioning, that the further you attackmove click away from your preferred target, the more likely it is, to hit different targets even minions, due to his high attack range. Being good at kiting with right click is going to be more important in most situations as Twitch
hell yeah it is lol. Usually it is better to hold shift, right click and then let go shift again for attack move. It just feels more natural because when you started league, you needed to pinpoint rightclick on them anyway so why change the button you attack with? :D
I use mouse button 4 which is located under the scroll wheel. It's quite handy for me since it still leaves my other fingers free (thumb for side mouse buttons, and left hand for QWER)

@@youneskasdi ADCs usually dont get to focus anything anyway. If they try to focus someone and need to walk up for it, they die within 0.0001 seconds. They only CAN focus what is infront of them, no matter of tank, mage or whatever, because if they did, they die instantly.
@@wat4504 it cancels the attack animation allowing you to get more auto attacks in, so yeah it does affect it (though I can't tell you how many frames get saved)-- it's literally called orb walking. Sad to see this isn't common video game knowledge when these techniques apply to more than just this game

For example Riven, she swings her blade, hits enemy champ, and still coninues with her swing for a split second, and you can cancel that useless part by moving, E, Flash, etc.

Attack move made me both a better and worse player at the same time I used to kite with right click only and at extremly high attack speed (spaceglide for example) i did sometimes miss my target and therefor i died by running into him.This however was the time were my mechanicle peak was. A year ago i learned to attack move and since that day i have to play EVERY SINGLE CHAMP with attack move or else im messing up even the easiest clicks. Its way easier to play with attack move but ever since i swapped i feel like i got mechaniclly worse. Dont get me wrong, im still a beast but it sucks to have the feeling that youre beyond your prime
sweet. btw if you find yourself unable to fight while spamming aclick like i do, consider going to hotkeys > advanced settings > bind attack move to left click, then abilities and summ spells find target champion only and put that to mb4 or whatever you like, put attack move on cursor, turn off autoattack, and now you can leftclick the enemy rightclick away and kite with mouse only. if youre in a fight with minions in the way hold mb4 and kite away. also its kinda annoying sometimes cuz you walk towards whatever you leftclick and you cant v ping but id say its worth the tradeoff. if you need to ping just leftalt and dont leftclick anything while recalling, cuz it may make you walk and cancel ur recall. have fun summoners :D

I always use this even if I'm playing a melee champ (I'm a toplaner btw) so it helps a lot with spacing between your autos. I think it is even more important to do this when you're playing a low attack speed champion since if you just attack someone and wait, you'll be standing there waiting for the next auto, but if you kite you'll be able to catch the enemy a lot easier.
If youre in a 1v1 without any other targets near you (or if you enable attack move only targets champions), you dont need to put your cursor near the enemy when pressing the attack move and just keep it behind you or wherever you are moving

Unless you have development issues and use your pinky finger on A or Q for wasd games and qwer games, you are probably using it on shift control. That means you have one finger open and one habit of pressing shift unused. Replace attack move from A to shift that way you auto aim EXACTLY the same you you type with CAPS on your keyboard if you're human

Idk if this is good but I bind my attack move click hotkey to my left mouse button (or MB1). It makes it so much easier to kite while also freeing up my left hand so I can use spells at the same time.
And if I need to click anything on the map or in the shop I just press shift+MB1. All of my quick pings are ctrl+A through F, too. Idk why this works so well for me but it’s the only way I can play the game lmao.
I do it on shift so my pinky got something to do. With twitch you got no use for your Q, so its fine if you do it with A, but other champs might be using Q during a fight.
i have ATK move on my tab button and my scoreboard on my O button so like. it works for me. really does help though honestly. everyone might use a different button/key but as long as its comfortable for them, then it should work well.
using this method, this is really a problem as you cannot target the champ you needed. Sometimes yuou might even hit a pink ward if your enemy notice this and start spaming pink ward in team fights. The only method is to learn the real method, or just play twitch with his ult.

To be so slow after you warmed up it's nuts, I can tell you're not thinking where you;re going you just randomly click up, if you;d keep it in a straight line and focus on precision for an hour than on speed you;d have better results.
i actually bound attack move to elft click (not the most optimal, but I really like it) and had to rebind my pings and a few other things but as a sup/adc main this carried my adc skills so bad with any high attack speed adc like xayah (cause I kept miss clicking minions.) and I bound attack Champs only as a toggle to A

This only works in river right? Where there are no minions and only works if there isn't a tank close to you so you can't attack the important targets
