BJJ really hard counters strong guys like this [that are untrained]. Their instinct to try to outmuscle technique is what leads to their downfall. The bodybuilder tries to essentially benchpress him off at 3:20 and it's never gonna work. Even if the BJJ guy didn't have the skill to execute that sick roll into the arm-bar, he would have soon gassed out and got choked out.
