he managed to get to "bibes" and "who am i supposed to bribe to get my word through" and then the kangaroo parliament kicked up a riot.. claim that he is drunk and whatnot.. I think i have seen better politics between 10y old kids..
The "i withdraw this truth" was a point aimed towards everyone in the room.. the hong was also used to point out that one of the people who complained didnt speak or read proper english so the "animal sounds" in combination with ""they" dont know english, "they" speak HONG" .. was a point towards them.. Most likely due to that they jumped between english and africaan or whatever it was all the time.
In any case, it was a nice way to send "between the lines" points towards the people in there and still keep it ok and within the rules.. He interrupted the talking with HONG when the crowd starting acting like a group of monkeys and didnt follow any order or organization. So the HONG! was well placed there..
I may over analyze it a bit but its fun to see how politics works in different countries and what they can get away with.
