Thank you for your reaction ..I’ve never seen them sang this song live before. For me this is really a beautiful scene.. Because when they started singing “nyebe”- means snow, the rain was also falling from the sky, it was very relevant to the message of the song. It’s the song about hope, how the snow in one’s life will eventually melt and sun will come out after, “that there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.” . It would have been nice if there was a subtitle of this performance, so you guys could have engage entirely about the song and its emotions . For me, it was the most beautiful thing minutes before my 2024 ended.
Nyebe was dedicated to overseas Filipinos missing home. It was also used as an official soundtrack to the movie Green Bones which garnered multiple awards including best picture, best screenplay, and best actor, on the recent Metro Manila Film Festival.
