Configuration problem on the "input" line. But this video is already old because Hyprland is a beta Wayland compositor and is in constant development. My current configuration file ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf has already been modified several times.
I honestly don't know... I've also seen some systems that have Wayfire and Wlroots appears, which would be the basis of the Wayland composer. I don't know, but I would like to know too.
when use X11 , apps are using middleman libraries xlib or xcb for communicating but in wayland there is no middle man library so i guess instead of writing from strach it used sway as a middleman which is cumbersome but only solution
@@ElderManhaniniFouraux On the quick start page of the wiki it specifies you need to wrap the hyprland launcher with "export XCURSOR_SIZE=24" in order to fix it
Is it possible that it works on Debian 12?
I tried everything without success, only in Arch has hyprland worked for me.
I don't know cause I don't use debian, sorry.
1:30 why that flickering?

Boas poderias fazer um vídeo de instalação tudo completo?....

I want to ask, i use KDE and why have two sessions? (x11 and wayland)
I don't know about it because i use auto installation
Wayland is still in heavy development. Although it is still stable, X11 is quite a lot more stable so it really depends on what you prefer.
@@AllyTheProto Exactly. Here I use good stable BspWM AND have a little fun with the Wayland Hyprland beta mode.

Is the strobe on the cursor intentional or was it glitching out?
I don't know why... it must be a recording defect. But it only happens on Wayland, on my Xorg with BspWM it doesn't happen.

@@rosamby2007 Aahh ok, I hadn't seen that. I will check, thanks.
Bonito, mas acho o bspwm/i3 muito improdutivo hoje em dia.
