Figured you guys would like this.....not sure how long it will last on my channel since It's clearly from somewhere else but enjoy it while you can!
This specific coaster ended up being Dr. Diabolica at Fiesta Texas as you will see from the color of the track at the end of the video.

As someone who went to school for engineering, has experience in welding, and also loves roller coasters- this video rocks. I appreciate the no-holds-barred approach on the technical aspects. Thank you
That’s my MPC cutting at the beginning. I am a Sr. Engineer at Messer Cutting Systems and that’s one of my flame cutters. For over 20 years I’ve been pushing sales to go to Claremont. Finally, they listened to me. That’s my designs cutting coaster parts.

I recognized the coaster they were making. Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger @ SFFT.
B&M coasters (Bolliger & Mabillard) are the best made coasters in the world. It's great to see how they're built and what companies involved in building these structures
they have gotten a bit less smooth on some recent builds.
B&Ms used to be known for their smooth ride. But in the last decade, not as much. I will be testing out Rapterra at KD this spring. You can see some rough track on the launch portion of the ride from the test footage they have released. Hopefully it’s not too bad. Cool tour!
I wonder how they handle thermal expansion particularly during the final build process? I think back to the videos of when the Gateway Arch was being completed and they had to spray down a leg with water to get the keystone to fit in place.
Usually something that sizes thermal expansion is not a huge issue. From my understanding. I could be wrong as I often am.
When I was a kid I wanted to design and build rollercoasters. Never went for my goals as a got older. Now I am in college for Mechanical and Mechatronic engineering. I would love to be able to design some aspects of a ride experience, Whether it is track design or waiting line area design.

This is the same place were wrath is likley being built, But this exact video is a couple years old (NOT CHICAGO COASTER GUYS VIDEO) and this exact one being built is the Dive coaster at Six flags fiesta texas, But same process and building were wrath is being built
