It is like a therapy and the most importantly convince your self not to let those depressing thoughts cross your mind while doing it. even if it does, just try to think something else. Early morning meditation under trees also help and eat healthy drink a lot of water and try doing exercises and yoga a bit cuz it stimulates your mood and try to do things that boosts your serotonin. It might affect your physical health too in future. Take care!

I am just sharing my story here as a comment as i am really missing him rn. I was studying in NIS Bahrain. In my academic year of 2011-2012 i was in 8th std, he came in my class as a new admission. I still remember my 1st glance at him, i looked at him starting from his shoes and slowly moving upwards to his face. No it wasn't love at first sight but i would say he didn't feel like a stranger to me. I don't know why, but it felt i knew him from before even though i had never met him. There was a sense of familiarity. His seat was beside me on my left, next to the wall. In my class we didn't have double benches, it used to be single rows. We didn't interacted much but i was falling for him as the days went by. I would do anything and everything for him without him even asking for it and he wouldn't even know my intention behind it. It was in my 10th (2013-2014) when i realized how deeply involved i am into him and that's when i knew it is love. The very next second i realized something else as well, that he didn't love me (he liked someone else back then) and we can't even end up together. I was just blank and shocked with all these realizations all at once. The next day i decided to stop myself from loving him and end all these feelings i had for him. And guess what, no matter how hard and what i told myself, i wouldn't get over him... I just couldn't end all that i had for him. I started realizing that i found happiness in loving him and i don't really need him in this. And uptill this day i still feel the same for him, infact alot more intensely in love with him. It's been 10years since i 1st met him! 10years since i have been in love with him deeply. I miss you alot my chand! I usually refer to him as moon or chand as his name means the Moon. Full of love, trust, understanding and respect for each other... But then reality happened and we broke up in 2020 because of obvious reasons ... Parents! But still didn't get over each other. A few things aren't just under our control, kismat ka khel hota hai sab bas. Tumhe saath rehna hai par reh nahi sakte 💔 This year we had parted ways for each others well being. My parents have arranged my mairrage with someone they like. Now, I am about to get married in a few months, and it breaks me apart to leave everything behind and start a new journey with some else. These few months that i have to myself as being unmarried, i just want to love you and be with you, surround myself with our and specially your memories. I understand this is life but know this, no matter what, you'll always be in my heart and nobody can replace you! I hope one day we do end up together, i hope atleast we are together in a parallel universe🥀 I miss you Mr. Singh 💔

I also want to share my story...So I met him in class 8th (in 2018) for first time.I was new student in that class...And I still remember the first day...during attendance time I saw him but that was not love at first sight...After few months he and I was selected to monitor the class...still we rarely talk to each other in class...at that time i didn't know anything about him...In mid session I joined tuition and guess what he was also there...then we talk in tuition usually....and I started knowing about him... we played chess, badminton, carrom... together😁 That was the beginning of our friendship...one day I went to his home in a function...till then i didn't know about my feelings...he was good friend of me...he was very polite person he always had a smile on his face...i don't know what makes him different and attractive from other....and I was also getting attracted gradually to him ...sometimes I started smiling while thinking about him😇...i was trying to took his phone number.... In class 10th the covid year...he left the tuition and school was closed i didn't meet him for months nor in contact...one day he suddenly came at my house...i was literally shocked and Couldn't stop myself to smile and also I was listening my own heartbeat...it was first time when i was feeling something different for someone which I never feel for anyone....i got his number from our School group...i was very happy but nervous too to message him and ya i didn't😔...school opened we meet but now that's so rare because he left tuition...we rarely talk in class...and time was passing day by day....then after few days finally I messaged him...he saved my number...then we were in touch via whatsapp status😁😅...He saw my status and i saw of him....after few weeks my birthday come and he wished me....I was somehow shocked and also happy.... time passed day by day....he didn't messaged again nor I did.... nd then pre boards came... then farewell...the last day of school....i was sad and realising how much I am into him....that day I was just continuously looking at him as if I would never meet him again...i just wanted to keep him in my eyes forever...because I knew that we were not gonna meet anymore....I was trying to move on but I couldn't forgot him...couldn't stop myself to think about him all the time .....days passed...weeks passed...months passed....one day he sent follow request on insta I accepted and he messaged😁...i still remember that was 3rd July of 2021....Now we are good friends....best friends...I don't expect anything else from him...infact what we are now ,I didn't ever expect that...i don't know what will happen in future but i just want to be in touch with him forever even like a friend...because i can't afford to lose him...I am just deeply in love with him💗....this song makes me cry....i'm missing those beautiful memories of our school time....hope we meet soon......💗 I hope one day you will know my feelings..... 💗💓💕💝💞💖❤

This song reminds me of one neighbour brother who was elder to me. He was young and in love with a girl. He used to talk with his lover on phone for long hours. Right now that brother has completely immersed himself in brown sugar's addiction. He is destroying his life. I also want to share my story...So I met him in class 8th (in 2018) for first time.I was new student in that class...And I still remember the first day...during attendance time I saw him but that was not love at first sight...After few months he and I was selected to monitor the class...still we rarely talk to each other in class...at that time i didn't know anything about him...In mid session I joined tuition and guess what he was also there...then we talk in tuition usually....and I started knowing about him... we played chess, badminton, carrom... together😁

In class 10th the covid year...he left the tuition and school was closed i didn't meet him for months nor in contact...one day he suddenly came at my house...i was literally shocked and Couldn't stop myself to smile and also I was listening my own heartbeat...it was first time when i was feeling something different for someone which I never feel for anyone....i got his number from our School group...i was very happy but nervous too to message him and ya i didn't😔...school opened we meet but now that's so rare because he left tuition...we rarely talk in class...and time was passing day by day....then after few days finally I messaged him...he saved my number...then we were in touch via whatsapp status😁😅...He saw my status and i saw of him....after few weeks my birthday come and he wished me....I was somehow shocked and also happy.... time passed day by day....he didn't messaged again nor I did.... nd then pre boards came... then farewell...the last day of school....i was sad and realising how much I am into him....that day I was just continuously looking at him as if I would never meet him again...i just wanted to keep him in my eyes forever...because I knew that we were not gonna meet anymore....I was trying to move on but I couldn't forgot him...couldn't stop myself to think about him all the time .....days passed...weeks passed...months passed....one day he sent follow request on insta I accepted and he messaged😁...i still remember that was 3rd July of 2021....Now we are good friends....best friends...I don't expect anything else from him...infact what we are now ,I didn't ever expect that...i don't know what will happen in future but i just want to be in touch with him forever even like a friend...because i can't afford to lose him...I am just deeply in love with him💗....this song makes me cry....i'm missing those beautiful memories of our school time....hope we meet soon......💗
