I think...and this is just a theory of mine....it had to do with the length of time. He had his affairs with multiple women, and it was short lived. She had time to get through it and learn to trust him again. Her one affair lasted two years, which would indicate there was some feelings there, although she claims she didn't have feelings like that for her side n***a. She pulled that affair off and had him completely fooled; had him thinking she had forgiven him over his cheating, trusting him and being faithful to him.
I think this is why the Judge was harping on her more. She's expecting him to quickly forgive her infidelity, even though she's had years to forgive his.
This is just a theory, not solid, concrete evidence.
