Berlin, Ky, is close to Maysville, this is on the Ohio River. Plenty of big cats caught at Maysville by the Dam. I caught a 40 lb Flatheat when I was younger off some of the backwaters in that area. Great video.
Unfortunately there isn't a dam in Maysville KY the closet one is Meldahal which is in Foster KY about 30 miles down river next dam is Greenup which up river a good 40 plus miles. Berlin KY don't have a TSC, Berlin has one little store not enough of a population but there is one in Maysville.
