thank you for shedding light on the reality of concerts like this and scratching the surface of the amount of emotional turmoil us as supporters go through. i was so embarrassed to tell people (even mental health profs) about the negative parts of my experience at sweet mirage LA since i had to fly out and stay at an airbnb by myself and all of the stress collected from those concert days led to insomnia for half of the summer 🥲🥲… all of that for near nosebleeds seats 😭 the members looked like little ants to me without the screens. it really messed with my perception of them, but luckily it has healed since i got back into them this year with a healthier mindset and so much so that i felt comfortable enough to see them in tacoma, much closer to where i live (and from floor view!!)
i’ve learned through my own experiences about the importance of prioritizing yourself first and knowing where your limits are, and watching your concert vlogs helps to establish that mindset!
idols have their own personas, so we can adopt personas based on them. it’s fun to imagine that we’re all characters too, but that does not make up our whole complex selves. we gotta remind each other that we’re all human at the end of the day, we’re just as unique as the ones we daydream about, and the glimpses of our authentic selves behind the character shine, which is what people stick around for.

The parasocial relationships go crazyyy 😭 and I never thought of it that way but ig I do kinda see myself as a character too sometimes 😭💀 lol! I mean I understand why they did random 🥲 it’s to stop campers but it didn’t make sense in this scenario since they ended up honoring our camping line bc we followed all the venue’s rules and regulations

VIP 1 comes with send off, early access to floor, soundcheck, and a fast pass to merch. VIP 2 comes with soundcheck and a fast pass to merch. I secured my vip 1 using my presale code that I got from buying the moa membership but my friends got their VIP 1 tixs on general public ticketing day! (I recommend getting moa membership)
