I have been listening to you for 8 years and im 26, not all of your videos are for me but Ive always loved the soothing nature of your voice, when I have an exceptionally hard day I listen and drift off to sleep, I feel lucky to be alive at a time like this where people can listen to others like you and have a moment of peace with someone else. even if its not a direct connection it makes a difference in the heart.

I went through a time like this once upon a time and Maria’s videos were a god send for me during that time. I hope things get better soon and just know “this too shall pass”. I’m so depressed, I will never be able to have a glass of wine.. I’ll never get to drink alcohol ever… I’m 19 and was getting so excited to be able to legally drink as it was soon approaching only to have my doctor tell me if I have one drink I will be uncontrollably addicted, all of the females on my mothers side of the family are severe alcoholics. RIP to the glass of wine I was so excited to have on my first date…
This was simply amazing. The soft spoken at the end and being under the scarf, along with hair brushing were some of my favorite things my mom did with me from my childhood. She had longer hair and would lean over me and make a tent just for me and her. I would ask her to run her hair over my face because it was so so soft. I loved when she would brush my hair slowly, and when she would play with my hair. And at night she would read me a story or talk with me or sing me lullabies. These are amongst my sweetest memories from my childhood. Mila will remember these moments you make with her.
For some reason whispered videos don't do it for me, BUT your soft spoken literally makes me melt into a pool of relaxation 🤤. I always race to view when i see a soft spoken video by you.

Mmmmm. After Easter they had the Reese's Puffs that were bunny shaped in the discount bin at my local supermarket. I bought 4 boxes because they were like $1.80/box. Otherwise I usually get store brand frosted mini wheats or those huge zipper lock bagged cereals that are way cheaper. Plus no one else here likes chocolate and peanut butter flavored things so I get it all to myself 😁

I really liked the scarf over the camera while watching the hand movements. Also the feather tickles ❤️ Ok - I had to come back & edit. The last part with the projector, hand movements and Russian words - I literally got tingles down my arms. That has never happened while watching ASMR! It was so incredibly relaxing.

With everything going on in the world, I am so glad you are at a place where you are happy. I have recently begun feeling better mentally and it's been such a game-changer for me. I think it is very crucial that we take moments to be IN the moment when we are feeling good; to appreciate it for what it is worth. I find taking time to make a 'gratitude list' has helped pull my mind out of the quicksand of negativity on a few occasions. It's so freaking easy to get sucked into a cycle of fear, and anger and sadness; every time you turn around it feels like something is going horrible for people. To take a moment to choose to be happy is NOT a choice to be unsympathetic; but I feel it is a choice to create a shield around one's own personal energy, so that one doesn't experience emotional burnout. So we can continue to be sympathetic and caring towards those who are going through a rough time.

I had extreme anxiety today, and I wasn't even able to concentrate on the video. I tried to take a nap, but I kept waking up with rapid heartbeat. Mmmmm. After Easter they had the Reese's Puffs that were bunny shaped in the discount bin at my local supermarket. I bought 4 boxes because they were like $1.80/box. Otherwise I usually get store brand frosted mini wheats or those huge zipper lock bagged cereals that are way cheaper. Plus no one else here likes chocolate and peanut butter flavored things so I get it all to myself 😁

I have recently begun feeling better mentally and it's been such a game-changer for me. I think it is very crucial that we take moments to be IN the moment when we are feeling good; to appreciate it for what it is worth.
I find taking time to make a 'gratitude list' has helped pull my mind out of the quicksand of negativity on a few occasions. It's so freaking easy to get sucked into a cycle of fear, and anger and sadness; every time you turn around it feels like something is going horrible for people. To take a moment to choose to be happy is NOT a choice to be unsympathetic; but I feel it is a choice to create a shield around one's own personal energy, so that one doesn't experience emotional burnout. So we can continue to be sympathetic and caring towards those who are going through a rough time.
I’ve been with you 8 years. You continue to inspire. Not just in your work, but in your LIFE. In who you are. You’re a really good human.

I had extreme anxiety today, and I wasn't even able to concentrate on the video. I tried to take a nap, but I kept waking up with rapid heartbeat. But after some time watching the video, especially the silk scarf part, my heartbeat became normal without me even noticing it, and now I feel a lot better, thank you.
