After you use the owl and it gets spotted they run to you're last location to search for you, so if you're owl gets spotted move and the enemies will go to where you were previously.

When you break the Ice Shards on Ull you can perform a takedown on him

Hey rooster if you want to do more stealth kills I reccomend you use the slingshot. Plus you get lots of ex when you hit them in the head
