Excellent pit stop! Very satisfying isn't it, when they push through troublesome times snd start budding again. Bad luck on the roof panels in that wind storm. I've always said that wind is bonsai's worst enemy.. (that is after drought!)
Dude, how satisfying is that!?! Starting from seed is annoying as hell but this worked out swimmingly. One thing I’ll say, and I can’t remember where I saw this but it was more of a horticulture thing than a bonsai thing, is that when you’re topping off the seed tray after the seed goes in, use something super light, for example peat moss or even perlite. It helps reduce the risk of the sprout getting stuck under a heavier compost mix. Not that your seeds have a shit, but in the right conditions with a weaker seed, it may help tip the balance. Cheers bro, keep it coming.
Great job on this video Billy. I really enjoy growing trees from seeds. The excitement when they first push through the soil is amazing. Thank you for sharing!
Your christmas present from your cubs is really darn sweet. If it was bigger, it's the sort of thing I'd hang on my wall. really really cool. Great growth and fantastic project. I'm going to plant mine this spring and see how it goes. Fingers crossed and I will be watching this a couple more time before i commit.
Thank you, Taco. Isn’t that wicked cool? I dig how they painted it. My cubs helped me with the stratification and planting of these ones. Good luck with yours! I hope to see a video on it this spring/summer
Broski!!! Success!!! Hell yeh. I have never done this with cherry pits. Cheers broski 😎🍺🍺
Well shoot, this has got to be one of the only species you HAVEN’T grown from seed!
I appreciate you, Brother

It’s a treacherous environment here for small trees. 😉
Thanks Dave
I can say without hesitation that that bonsai is the pits😉😂. It’s always rewarding getting those bad boys to germinate and grow. Thanks, keep growing
I see what you did there, well played.
Thanks Matt
Another great video Mr Yeti showing the progress of these little babies 👍Thanks for sharing the journey.
Thank you, Jay. Hoping my cherries put out too 😉
@@baldyeti hehehe me too 👍🙏 these videos demonstrate your patience too

That’s pretty smart right there. I might try that for veggies this spring!
Thank you, Colin. I sure appreciate it!

Well thank you.
Gotta exercise it somehow!

Thank you. 🤞🏼 hopefully I can keep them going a while.
I think you've inspired me to try these!
They are surprisingly pleasing. I gotta find a better over-winter method. My stuff is all waking up way too soon.
