The Bum La Pass is a border pass between Chian and India, Tawang district in Arunachal Pradesh. Bum La Pass is must recommend a place in Tawang. The world's highest cafe is also here near Indo China border. It's a border between India and China where war was fourth between both countries.

For Bumla pass you required permit for Tawang, if snow is less and roads are open you can visit.
