Pro tip for new players. Get someone to let you join a few heists. Save the money for a Bunker with all the upgrades. Raid the stash house that pops up every day. Free supplies 100% profit.
Bunker is pretty much all you need. It’s the only one that I find is worth it. Can get up to 250k in one vehicle, if you want to do three vehicles you can get up to 1 million at once if it’s fully upgraded. Nightclub is also good for solo as it requires one vehicle for sales but that’s only after you’ve found out the e hard way that MC businesses are a pain in the ass
2 changes I would like to see are: 1. Changing the CEO passive method. Meaning instead of you paying a worker to randomly get you 1-3 crates you can choose how many they get you. (1-3) 2. Change all sale missions to 1 vehicle if you’re solo. There’s no way in a video game that I HAVE to sell in multiple vehicles. Shit has always been dumb to me
If you don't want to use multiple vehicles for your sales, then just sell when it's at a lower amount. Vehicles only hold a certain amount of cargo, so it makes sense that big deliveries require multiple vehicles. But if you dont like that, then just sell when your stock is lower.
Certain vehicles like the Barracks and other, bigger trucks would've made sense to use for 1 vehicle. Hopefully they implement a better storage system in VI
@@bradleywalker8642for the bunker that’s fine. But ceo and hanger crates increase in value the more crates you have. Meaning way more profits per crate. I would just cap the vehicle number to 2 to keep some of the difficulty and remove the enemies from the plane deliveries. Also would love the option to call your warehouse staff as well as fix roosters AI
It's not about what's convenient for the player. It's about what they can get away with to keep you playing longer, or to say F it and buy shark cards.
Salvage yard tow missions are my number 1 way of making money because they require such little effort, but the payout for salvaging the cars is decent when combined with the money your safe gives you. The cooldown they've added is a bit annoying, but it doesn't last that long, so it's whatever. Exporting mixed cargo, auto shop car deliveries, MC bike deliveries and raiding the stash house and selling whatever product it gives you are all good, low effort ways to make money too. Doing drift races when they're on double money is also a good way to make money if you're a decent drifter.
Number 1 way...? Dude, it's ungodly demanding though. You've gotta tow 2 cars every 20min to keep your safe maxed out...and if you don't touch it at all, the safe only makes you $300 every 48min. It's the WORST way to make money cause it's so demanding that you're constantly needing to run it or make nothing...making running every other business/task near impossible. So you're just losing money actually. Personally, I've found the only good use is to run 2 tows, make near 60k, then use that to pay for the acid lab supplies 😂 And just use the safe as a long long term extra ammo money.
@@GrySgtBubba Depends how long you play the game for. I usually only play for like an hour at a time and I always start off by towing two cars and usually tow another two before I quit out, so my safe money never goes down to the lowest amount (it doesn't go down while you're not in the game). If you play for hours on end, then yeah, it's probably not the best.
I'd say that acid lab is better than bunker as a business, bunker good for many other reasons, but as business acid lab is much easier to setup and more profitable for single player
@@rickykeim2005Yeah I just do one fooligan when I log in the game, play a heist and come back to do another one. After five days I can finally get the upgrade
I think the best combo for money is in the next order: Cayo-sell bunker-sell acid-cluckin bell, and salvage cars or missions in bail office. And in that time you can start cayo again.
Cayo perico isnt itself boring, i could do it in less than 20 minutes, but without glitching in the places with gold (in solo) the payout is eh, and with the glitching its one hour or even more
@andrewroff5387 There are literally dozens of ways to make good money in gta online. Yall be too worried about maximizing every little minute and forget to give yourselves some variety.
My daily routine lately is 1) logging in at the Freakshop so I can resupply and apply the production boost (and sell the acid if needed), 2) raiding the Stash House, 3) finding G's Cache, 4) running a Salvage Yard recovery and empty the safe, 5) stopping by the Nightclub to deal with the VIP or troublemaker and empty the safe, 6) customizing the Auto Shop vehicles and letting the staff deliver them, 7) visiting the Bounty Office to put the agents to work and running a bounty mission(s), 8) doing a few police dispatch missions, 9) selling to the Street Dealers, and then 10) stopping by the Casino to spin the wheel and collect my daily bonus before logging off.
@@ShaquilleOatmeal936 Sorry, I don't keep track, but it's more than I spend. I had 120 before the DLC, bought and maxed out the bail office, cars and clothes and I'm already back up to 117 mil. Once I get back to 120, I'll probably taper off a bit and just goof off.
Probably slightly different order, but that's my exact routine otherwise. The only thing I don't see in your list is the selling of excess weapon parts from the bunker (my actual first chore to accomplish)
Tip for cayo grinders - Make a second character. So, while you're waiting for the cool down on your main character, you can run it again on your second character. For anyone who doesn't know, your bank account money is shared between characters. So you can buy a sub and sparrow and get started right away.
@@andrewcorbin4629 agency 20K nightclub 50K salvage yard 25K (i think when maxed out) arcade 5K =100K per 48mins 110-120K if you include bail enforcement
Good list. I’d personally swap 1 & 2 around (as long as you own the top 3 MC businesses) purely because the nightclub is almost totally passive. I’ve made $100m from my nightclub this year and put very little time into it. Also, I’d remove special cargo and replace with the salvage yard. Special cargo just takes too much work and the salvage yard, even with the small nerf, is still a fun and very easy way to make decent money. My honourable mention would be the new dispatch work. Just buy one cop car and you’ve got a way of making $25k with a very quick, easy and fun mission. They’re almost as good as payphone hits (which incidentally you forgot to mention as part of the Agency and a fourth income stream to that business).
Special cargo is actually the #1 best way to make money in the game. You get 1.45 crates each time you pay 7,500 to the people in your warehouse. Each crate when you sell is $30,000 so 1.45x30,000-7500=$36,000. You get $36,000 for 1 minute of work and if you have 5 large warehouses that’s $180,000 for 5 minutes of work and you can do it every 48 minutes which is the best way to make money in the game
7️⃣ How does HarmNone not have 300k yet??? I have been watching this guy for around a year now and his videos are such high quality with amazing content. Tgg does the same thing, and in my opinion more boring than HarmNone but he has 1.77 million subs. This man needs a shout out from a larger content creator. He has gotten me back into gta so many times and he deserves so much more recognition than he gets. Much love ❤❤❤

I've been thinking of getting back into GTA Online, so this was really helpful. It convinced me NOT to get back into it, since they've apparently nerfed even more things, and slowed down others, just to punish players and make it an even slower grind. 🙄 Your content is incredible, by the way. It's nothing against you. I still enjoy watching the Hide and Seek and other challenges. Keep up the great work!
i just finished my bunker research and my security contracts on the same day so glad i don’t have to worry about those anymore, never doing another security contract again 😂
Yeah for real! After grinding out like 80-90, I was soooo burnt out! Had to stop doing em...but then a day later they hit 2x$, so I powered through and make a BUTT LOAD of money between that and payphone hits when they were 85k AND maxed out the safe. Ended up doing 320+ of em. Now I'll only hit em for a few hours if they're double money. But past that, I can't stand em now LOL

About the bunker. I followed Harm none advice for so long but it's too much grinding. Filling up the the bunker is a better strategy. If you get the buggy, just starte again and you will lose little money. A full bunker will need 2 semis, 3 monster trucks or 3 insurgents. It does take slightly more risk, but you make 1.5 milion in 10 minutes.
If you've got the Acid Lab, Agency, and Nightclub businesses running, it makes more sense to make your bunker fully focused on reaearch and make no product since Bunker sales tend to be a pain. Bunker research gets you access to advanced weapons and the surplus weapon delivieries to Ammu Nation make you 50k for 10 minutes of driving.
Why do a lot of TH-camrs say the Acid Lab is free? I've never said it's free in any of my videos talking about it, it's not free, you get the Brickaide 6x6 for free, but you have to pay $750k to install the Acid Lab inside the Brickaide. Without paying for that, you don't have the Acid Lab, you just have a free vehicle. And then the upgrades are $250k, so to get a fully functional Acid Lab you actually need to spent $1 million.
I believe the reason why alot of youtubers say that is because the money you recieve from doing first/last dose missions covers almost or even all the money required to just upgrade the acid lab (of course after doing the 10 Dax contact missions.) Correct me if I'm wrong though.
A couple things worth mentioning, is that GTA is primarily shooting things, and driving things, and the agency has driving things upgrades that you can only get there (imani), and weapons discount (buy your ammo there). The autoshop has the vehicle discounts, so its the best place to upgrade all your vehicles, unless you want the tuners reputation increase from upgrading cars at the tuner shop
Can definitely confirm you won't have enough time to sell the bunker if you have 3 dune buggies. Doesn't help that one of my drops was so far away from the other 4, but I had just above 30 seconds left on the clock when I did my 2 dune buggy sale last night. I'm definitely sticking with 2 resupplies.
And those stupid ass insurgents where ya take one fight merryweather go back get the next and ect. Is by far the worst then dunes I think I’ve completed the dunes like twice had everything line up perfectly and had like seconds left they need to just drop those two at least when doing solo like prolly 98% of us do and mc post trucks
If your selling solo just quit the session if you get one you can't do. There are 3 you can do solo easy. The 2 large wedge trucks. And the 2 insurgent missions that are 15 mins.
I'm a returning player, but you missed the #1 way to make money. Stealing, upgrading, and delivering cars. I've stolen every car but the T20 so the only car I ever get to source and deliver is the T20. It usually costs about $5K to fix the car when you steal it. It costs $20K to upgrade the car, but when you deliver it you get almost $100K. Net profit is $75K. You don't have to drive garbage trucks and the whole process is genuinely fun. I bought the bail shop and it's significantly inferior to the steal/sell process. Also, the headhunter CEO mission is a pretty quick and fun $20K.
I’m a newer player and discovered that The acid lab, bunker, and hangar can make you close to 10mil in a single day, while 2 of those are afk and the hangar can be done with public lobby slaves
That's an insane amount of grinding to get 10 million in a day with those three. The bunker you can realistically only fill up once. Acid lab, maybe three times max. That's a total of 3 million, roughly. You are not making 7 million with the hangar in a day, unless you grind from morning to evening non stop.
@@villelepoaho4105nah you can sell acid lab like 5 times a day and if youre in a full lobby youll get close to a mill every time thats already around 4.5 mill just off the acid lab
Bunker is a great business. I did a single resupply per sale and was grand. I just started the research and got the Thermal Scope for the MK2 sniper and a Holographic scope for some AR (idk if i even use that gun) Bunker good! I would suggest getting the Acid lab for new players then using its profits to get the other businesses.
7 Also when the Dr. Dre contract was double money a little ago, I needed variety so literally best way to grind solo for me even now is/was: MC Business (private session sales, I only focus rock candy and coca cola, and sometimes the stash houses gives me money) > Bunker (full stock, full lobby pray for the 3 insurgent drop-off or 2 phantom wedge missions) > acid lab (literally the best solo friendly business) > nightclub (full stock, full lobby) > cayo > dr.dre You really need variety when money grinding... and a good show on your other monitor
I would say the acid lab is THE BEST way to make money solo. I hate doing heists and have no interest whatsoever I grinding them. The agency is cool but takes way too long to max out its capacity. And the nightclub is awesome too. Only if you have every other business. If you don’t have everything else do not buy.
For everyone looking for a investment free method: " go in your phone and look for a heist job, when it ask if lobby direct or "on call" chose on call this way it will show you the name of the heist and it will say "setup" if its a setup or "finale". If its not a finale just quit until you find one. If you get lucky youll get the fleeca finale and that gives you 100k for 15 minutes
Use the Jetsam Cargobob to deliver the exotic exports faster. Same goes for bunker weapon parts delivery, the Jetsam Cargobob has been extremely handy.
For the weapon parts just drive man and ignore the npcs. If it’s farther than two miles just change lobbies. It’s not worth the time for the Bob. It will pick up the tow truck though but again if too far change lobbies
I love how the background music is songs I’m very familiar with! I love the vibe it gives and helps me pay attention to the video better keep up the great work I’ll consider subscribing!
If bail targets ever get double money week then itll be worth it. Too much driving for $40k. Most of them have been on the other side of the map for me, done 15 and only 2 have been in the city. Ill wait for a x2 money week.
I use the mk2 but obviously you have to drive back though but i don't personally find the van that slow. It does 100 on the freeway and out runs most of yhe enemies on the way back. Easily quick enough around town too.
7:08 I've never been attacked by a buzzard when i'm delivering cargo via the tugboat, that's weird. Maybe because all of my delivery methods are fully upgraded and the fact that when i'm in the tugboat I usually floor it and the computer can't keep up.
Invite ransoms to your ceo and you’ll get 4 crates for the hangar, most of the time they’ll even do it for you like slaves, if you have the raiju it’s basically $200,000 of product every 5-10 minutes
The way I make quick bucks in by doing the bunker gun exports, exporting mixed goods, bike delivery from the clubhouse, auto shop, tow truck missions in total every hour you can make up to 350,000 to 400,000
your wasting time... Dr Drea mission and you make 1.1 million in just under an hour, after completing mission take money out of night club and agency safe, should be 120k then restart so actually your making a little over 1.2 million in about an hour.

Not gonna lie I really do enjoy being a Taxi driver, it has good pay and really chill, as long as you’re in passive mode so someone doesn’t blow you up in the middle of a drive
I don’t understand why hangar is placed so low, it’s way better than the special cargo, if you choose the ground supplie mission. The supply mission are always similar and easy, you don’t need to pay to steal the cargo and every cargo worth more that special cargo on top of that there’s also the bonus…
The difference for me is if you optimize your special cargo warehouse locations and you passively source them to fill, you basically have to do nothing and then you can sell each for over $2M, if it’s double money that’s $4M+ each, which is crazy money. The Hangar is entirely up to you to fill, Rooster brings a random crate which will ruin your bonus for only selling a single type
That and it's totally broken too! Every time I've tried doing it, no matter what I do, the alarm always just randomly goes off failing the heist. And I've done Cayo probably 1000+x and always gotten it fully stealth in about 3-6min in-&-out.
@@GrySgtBubbaYou're probably leaving bodies where they can be spotted by other guards or cameras. It's easy to complete this heist in stealth if you do it properly.

Few times when updates were coming, we'd run it the whole weekend and build up like 60-mill. Sit down man, just sit down Lol
The payout of the Agency security contracts is not random it depends on how many times you did the specific contract you will rank up in the contracts and keep upgrading the payout up to 100k per contract mission
Thank you for saying money per hour isn’t everything. That’s the biggest problem with the community people think they need to get paid Cayo money for everything. Cayo ruined the community
Another way to make money with the CEO Office that I don't think you mentioned is Mixed Parts Exports. You just just have to drive a truck with Mixed Parts to the docks from one of your warehouses for a quick $50k and you can do it every game day (48 minutes)

The one thing i have seen in gta online as a new player is that we use money to make more money. I know its common sense but its fascinating for me since its the first i played Gta5
I've been playing online for 2yrs now. I have 8 apartments, casino penthouse, every business fully upgraded, 50 car garage, all my garages are practically full with all the best cars 290 so far and have enough money for the drip feed cars coming. There is literally nothing left for me to buy. I feel like I've done and gotten everything. I've no reason for money anymore and bored of just fighting other players. So I think it's time for me to leave gta online.

I'd say people forgot about vehicle cargo. If you already have 10 cars of both low and middle tier, you'll only get top-tier vehicles that'll give you 125k in a populated session
Go to rooster and Pay for cargo. Right when he is walking out of the hangar and starts to phase through the wall close app. Restart and have spawn point hangar. When you spawn go outside and you should get the rooster sources crates message. Then go inside and repeat
Best ways to make money are sell ceo car every 20 mins thats 80k. Do a headhunter then the diamond robbery mission thats 55k ish in 10 mins max. Keep ya nightclub popularity up and keep ya bunker topped up with the odd bounty
best way is Dr Drea mission... with a few short cuts it takes just under an hour and you get 1.1 million. Then when your done collect your nightclub money and agency safe money for another 120k. then restart.
@ericdraven7185 the dr dre contract is probably the worse thing to ever come to gta, 1.1m sounds great but 11 missions and time burning cutscenes really piss me off
What are you talking about not having the Agency at #1? Ever since it's harder and less consistent to use the replay glitch on Cayo Perico, and it's rewards are nerfed, the agency more than outperforms it. I mean, I can get 3 mill in 30 minutes in my agency. By replaying the Contract finale 3 times, before it's payout would go on cd. The agency stomps the rest in terms of income. Ever since I learned how to use the replay glitch on it, I've never even attempted to use the rest of my businesses for earning money, only for some fun times. That being doing some heists for fun. Sidenote: What the hell are you feeding your cargobob, so it could lift the pounder so easily? Mine has trouble lifting even the Mule!
I make billions doing my crates while recycling over with vehicle cargo, with a full stocked up hangar and biker Businesses doing that increases time for my nightclub stocks and safe, then finally the casino wheel at the end,,,, that my method,, cayico heist is a bonus
4:54 yesterday I sold 4 MC businesses in a public lobby and 2 were the Post Op vans and one was the trashmaster. I went to sell a 5th MC business and it gave me the Post Op van so I just quit the game and stopped playing for the day.
IMO, Acid Lab is better than Bunkers since you get $210,000 per $75,000 spent on supplies, for a profit of $135,000 per resupply. Acid Lab gives you $15,000 more and takes less time to sell plus less money needed to start out. I agree with the rest of the top though. I always do Nightclub, Acid Lab, VIP Contract and Cayo Perico heist. However, I noticed the VIP contract takes me 2.5 hours to complete. Might be my issue and I will look into ways to improve my time.
Best way to make money with MC businesses is to buy them, set them up, and then only operate them through the Nightclub. After that, just avoid freeroaming while registered as an MC President to make sure your businesses never get raided.
5:33 that only works if you weren't stupid enough to buy the Custom Mule, I bought it not realising and now I need the weed farm and doc forgery so my warehouse can fill up over 180 crates so I don't get the Mule as my sell vehicle 🤦♂️😂😭
You forgot to add with the acid lab if you sell in a lobby with 20 or more people you get max bonus which can bring it over 500k on a sell mission if you sell at max stock
I sell acid in full lobbies just for the rush lol. But with Lester, ceo ghost and and Imani you can usually hide during the whole sale. First off radar then ghost then call imani and then you can wait if needed and call Lester/ghost again
@@cp-sh9njLester's Off Radar does NOT hide you during deliveries. It might hide your personal icon, but it does NOT hide the CARGO you're carrying, so there's no point to using it. CEO Ghost Org is different because it also hides your CARGO. Lester's Off Radar is pointless during deliveries.
The bail payment actually goes higher than $10k. I’ve gotten as much as $16,200 from both bails bondsman so $32,400 in an hour. It is randomized though, sometimes I’ll get $11,200 and $10,000 from them so $21,200 in an hour.
I make good money just by doing the daily stuff. Junk time trial for 50k, G's cache for around 18k, animal photography for 100k, daily challenges for 30k plus what ever the challenges give you. Then i do a couple of customer bike deliveries from the clubhouse for 50k a pop, same with the auto shop customer vehicles and i also kick the bail officer to work when ever he's available and i happen to be in the neighborhood. And of course then there's the weekly stuff, HSW time trial which gives you 250k if i remember correctly and the basic time trial for 150k and the weekly challenge for 100k plus what you might get from the challenge. So say on thursday when the weekly things refresh i can make an easy million without doing any business missions or heists. And with the basic daily stuff it's around half a million per day depending how long i have time to play, which isn't bad considering that it doesn't take long at all. And if i feel like doing some other stuff on top of those things the money basically pours in from every hole.

True I think those could be valid changes for sure
Special cargo is actually the #1 best way to make money in the game. You get 1.45 crates each time you pay 7,500 to the people in your warehouse. Each crate when you sell is $30,000 so 1.45x30,000-7500=$36,000. You get $36,000 for 1 minute of work and if you have 5 large warehouses that’s $180,000 for 5 minutes of work and you can do it every 48 minutes which is the best way to make money in the game

I've been thinking of getting back into GTA Online, so this was really helpful. It convinced me NOT to get back into it, since they've apparently nerfed even more things, and slowed down others, just to punish players and make it an even slower grind. 🙄

@@HarmNone great video btw I just feel very strong about special cargo being the best lol
I think two resupplies is definitely the sweet spot now for sure! 3 just causes too much trouble especially because of those damn dune buggies
3 vehicles= 15min each. if they give you less dont bother. ESPECIALLY the 3 dune buggy run. Best is the Wedge truck
How do you always get the T20?
I’m a newer player and discovered that The acid lab, bunker, and hangar can make you close to 10mil in a single day, while 2 of those are afk and the hangar can be done with public lobby slaves
what how
That's an insane amount of grinding to get 10 million in a day with those three. The bunker you can realistically only fill up once. Acid lab, maybe three times max. That's a total of 3 million, roughly. You are not making 7 million with the hangar in a day, unless you grind from morning to evening non stop.
@@villelepoaho4105so your saying it’s possible
@@villelepoaho4105nah you can sell acid lab like 5 times a day and if youre in a full lobby youll get close to a mill every time thats already around 4.5 mill just off the acid lab
Bunker is a great business. I did a single resupply per sale and was grand. I just started the research and got the Thermal Scope for the MK2 sniper and a Holographic scope for some AR (idk if i even use that gun) Bunker good! I would suggest getting the Acid lab for new players then using its profits to get the other businesses.
7
Also when the Dr. Dre contract was double money a little ago, I needed variety so literally best way to grind solo for me even now is/was:
MC Business (private session sales, I only focus rock candy and coca cola, and sometimes the stash houses gives me money) > Bunker (full stock, full lobby pray for the 3 insurgent drop-off or 2 phantom wedge missions) > acid lab (literally the best solo friendly business) > nightclub (full stock, full lobby) > cayo > dr.dre
You really need variety when money grinding... and a good show on your other monitor

I had no idea that the contract didn't have a cooldown, thanks bro

I hear me some Black Ops Zombies Music, take my like RIGHT NOW
IMO, Acid Lab is better than Bunkers since you get $210,000 per $75,000 spent on supplies, for a profit of $135,000 per resupply.
For money, i do the agency missions between cayo heists. 1.2 mil cayo, then 1 mil agency, get a call from Pavel, repeat.
What is that ramp in the very beginning of the video ? Awesome as always.

The only time I really grind is when it’s double money, otherwise I just raid the stash, empty my safes, and maintain businesses.
Trash trucks are way better than post op vans
10 actual ways. Cayo. Agency. Acid. Warehouses. Hangar. Bunker. Nightclub. Salvage. Bail. Cluckin bell. Honorable mention is the auto shop.
