I'm assuming you're talking about Mace talking? His comms are actually winning them the games. In hero shooters it's very important to have a shot caller on the team who calls out whether the team pushes back or pushes forward, or which enemies to focus on. It sounds obnoxious by design, because other teammates sometimes won't hear what the shot caller says the first time, or they're too focused on shooting or whatever. So the comms are repeated multiple times and said very loudly to make sure the whole team is on the same page.
