DeLuna is south of the Florida Turnpike. If you go on The Villages app, look for homes for sale in the Village of DeLuna. There will be a map with the listing, showing you the home's location.

The developer sells the new home, it doesn’t show up on Zillow or Google. The owner then sells their home with the Developer again, same thing. How is this possible?

Property of The Villages has their own system search homes. Sellers have a choice who to list their home when selling

Yes you can. Lots of rentals in all areas. Trick is deciding on area. I live in new area south. The population is older north and younger south.
