Hi..I have a 2010 Mini Cooper S convertible with the original old style headlamps. They are horrible. So dim that theroad is difficult to see at night. Do your Leds simply replace the originals? Do they just snap in after the originals are removed or does my 2010 mini need any kind of rewiring or electrical upgrade before they're installed?

Unfortunately if you do not have your original housing we cannot guarantee that our headlight kit will be compatible because they are designed to upgrade your existing halogen bulbs to LEDs.

Yes, you can definitely use one of our LED kits in your new projector housing. However, our database is based off of your factory headlight housing. This means that it is possible your aftermarket housing would use a different bulb fitment. In which case, let us know the bulb style for your new housing, and we are happy to recommend a compatible LED kit.
I noticed that too, but ordered them otherwise. I got the Crytal White ones (6000k) and I think they're okay (Just installed then a few hours before this comment) however, they do flicker when I start up the car with the running light switch turned off*. Its only really noticeable at night so far.

Yes, you need a h8/h11 for the fog light. The bulb they replace in the video would be the turn indicator bulb.

Which LED bulbs did you use for the headlight and fog light?
The headlight high and low beam use the H13 fitment, and the fogs use a T10 10SMD. Both items are located in the description of the video.
