    However, as a yoga teacher who inspires thousands of people, I'm sad to see that you don't respect the first and most important Yama which is Ahimsa (non-harming, non-violence approach).

      Thank you so much for your kind comment!! I hear your point about the Yama Ahimsa, but I'm afraid we have different interpretations of it. The Yoga Sutra is designed as a universal text, that must always be adapted to the individual. For my individual health and wellbeing I found that incorporating animal products is necessary. However, I put a super big focus on only buying organic, local products that have been sustainably sourced. This consciousness and attention are what I think we should strive for in our practice 🫶 I wish you all the best too, and I'm so grateful for your support on here ❤
