individual attention/conversation while i slowly clean out my desk drawers and chat calmly about nothing in particular- you can hear the sounds all the things in the desk drawers make as i pull them out, set them aside, rearrange and then replace them all while humming and whispering, speaking quietly, manipulating objects to experiment with tingles and writing a list with a very scratchy pencil on textured paper 💜
