Stomptalk - Removing Auralex Soundproofing Panels Safely From Walls

So I did research and it seemed like few had a good solution for how to do this, but I found one. Couple things I left out:
-I'm pretty sure the adhesive was Auralex Foamtak.
-The sandpaper sponges that I use, they're gonna get gunky overtime, so you'll need to wash them often.
-The liquid I spray is Kleen Strip Mineral Spirits
