اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ ، وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ وَجَمِيْعَ خَلْقِكَ ، أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللّٰهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُوْلُكَ.
Allāhumma innī aṣbaḥtu ush-hiduk, wa ush-hidu ḥamlata ʿarshik, wa malā’ikatika wa jamīʿa khalqik, an-naka Anta-llāhu lā ilāha illā Anta waḥdak, lā sharīka lak, wa anna Muḥammadan ʿabduka wa rasūluk.
O Allah, I have entered the morning, and I call upon You, the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels and all creation, to bear witness that surely You are Allah. There is no god worthy of worship except You Alone. You have no partners, and that Muḥammad ﷺ is Your slave and Your Messenger.

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,' one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.

اللهم عم المظلوم نش عاوز مصر تهدمو لداهله ولا خارجه كفايه خطف أمه زرنيه وسهره حكومات العجوز وقرايبهن أنه يكتبها ابن أمر في الأصل في دنيا لم تفارق الحياه لديهم جلد خارجي
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you will be saved by his actions?" "Not even you, Messenger of Allah?" they asked. "Not even me," he replied, "unless Allah covers me with mercy from Him. But act correctly and wisely and worship in the morning and evening and during part of the night. Keep to a middle path and you will arrive."
(Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 461, Book 25, Hadith 20)

Assalamu alaikum sheikh
If i make the adhkar before sleep and then go to sleep, but later wake up for fajr, do i have to make the adhkar of sleep again if it is still night and i want to sleep again after fajr. Or is once per night enough?
Assallammualaikum. Sheik what is the specific time to supplicate the morning Adzkar..after fajar Salah or after sunrise..? Hope you reply this question..May Allah forgive and accept our ibadah. Ameen

Yes the preferred time, is to recite the Athkaar after Fajr Prayer till sunrise, and the extended time is form sunrise till Dhur.
