How to make Splash Screen in Java using Netbeans|Loading Screen|

Sir how can I run again my splashscreen program. If I called it setvisble(true) from one of my JFrame? Hope you can answer this

"SplashScreen = sp = new SplashScreen();" and "Splash sp = new Splash(0;" don't work no matter what in Apache Netbeans 13.0. Any help?
