Your advice at the end of the video regarding having a hobby as you get older is 100% accurate. My Dad was a very talented musician who was always playing his piano and always writing, reading and learning, and he kept his mind crystal clear and focused throughout his old age. It also helped so much that he kept his body active too. I am the youngest of 7 boys so I was the one who was around him and my mother in their old age so I was there at the very end and their passing was so much easier (even though it was heart-breaking, obviously) it was so painless and without long illnesses, they lived as they had always lived, active and happy, right up to the very end. And they both left this world in their sleep. You have to keep using your mind. I am convinced of that. Great reaction as always. 10/10
Sorry for the loss. Right now I've started a new hobby of journaling and writing down my thoughts and simple quotes I find interesting. It is really fun feels weird as I start because in this day and age everyone is texting for the most part so my hands are getting a new work out. There is a few other hobbies I want to get into. My grandmother had alzheimers so seeing her lose her memory was one of the hardest things experiencing but wanted to be there for her as much as I could. I appreciate your input Perry. i think most peoples hobbies nowadays has been taken over with xbox's and computers instead of getting out and getting some exercise.
