How long did it take you to learn how to start making kandi creations. I’ve been trying to learn but on tutorials it’s looks so complicated and I think how could anyone do that it looks so hard. I want to learn but I feel like I would give up after trying for 5 minutes.
i started out just making singles and multistitch cuffs before trying peyote (which for me was hard to get a hang of) a lot of my bigger/more complicated stuff was made more recently like late 2021 and 2022. it took me like a year to get to making my first super big rotator. my first x-base & ufo cuff were made 6 months after i started making kandi (january 2021 - june 2021) just do your best and know its okay to make mistakes!!! everyone works at their own pace & you don’t have to get it down immediately if you can’t! it takes a LOT of practice, so i don’t blame you for feeling like giving up! good luck!!
i would say learn basic stitches first- like multistitch, peyote (even & odd), and x-base. those are things you can make small cuffs out of to start, then later make bigger projects like panels (peyote) and 3d cuffs (x-base)!! good luck !!
