Drifting project cars with friends is always a good time. Its always nerve-racking taking out a freshly restored project car onto track.. Our 240sx s13 drift cars have some very different engine swaps; SR20det, RB25det, and VQ35de-T.
While crashing is a part of drifting, I do believe different measures could have been taken to reduce the damage on my restored 240sx..

I spent the last 7 years building this 1990 Nissan 240sx from the ground up by myself. I swapped out the KA24e for a KA24de. Then once more for a RB25det out of a R34 Skyline and couldn't be happier. I have also converted the 240 to right hand drive, (which ended up saving my life!) After installing a few drift parts; such as a hydro E - Brake, and dual rear calipers, welded diff, solid suspension bushings and more, the car handled amazing. Surprisingly this S13 was able to drift and stay sideways perfectly despite the damage that was done to it.

Never you shill
Poor 240 but we love you Mike and we will all definitely be here to watch you replace the same quarter panel again you got this bro keep your head high
I was gonna say at least it wasn't your taillights or wheels but 😅
Quick question, what type of camera do you use for ur videos?
@@Meow_Merchantdudes gotta eat/pay for his many projects. Chill out.
Having the fender bender in the start made every drift that much more tense.
The people hating on your car more than likely have never had a project that they were passionate about. They are apart of the "throw-away" society that we currently live in. Your build is super inspiring and is giving me the motivation to cut up my first car to fix as well. Keep doing what you're doing.
I love the fact that you continue drifting after the crash
And the guy whith the red 180 seems to be a really good guy
The 240 is amazing and it’s genuinely wild that people would show hate towards something that was restored with passion.
If one hates what another has passionately created they might as well hate the creator, for what has been created typically is symbolic and representative.
Long live the 240
they hate because they cant do what he did they dont have the dedication and consistency he got
@@brxezoit separates the wheat from the chaff.
@@brxezo Exactly bro, hating from the stands or they just driving a car they can't fix lol
The h8ters trying to say your car's unsafe? Apparently they haven't watched any of your videos. Not only have you properly rebuilt your car, but you have rebuilt it better and more safely than it was when it was new. Keep doing what you do and let the h8ters hate. You're doing an awesome inspiring job. Keep living the dream, and keep drifting!
hey prizza thanks for uploading and being very transparent towards the end, people will find anything to degrade another person’s build but at the end of the day they have a car with no story while you do! your 240 is no longer just a car but a chapter in your life reminding you of all the good and bad times
The ending message resonates, I went on the honda-tech forum to ask a few questions about budget ideas for getting a flex joint on an exhaust and immediately got hate about doing cheap things to cars and they were tired of people on there making junk repairs, I was surprised at the amount of emotion that came from a simple question and I've seen the same responses over and over on car forums, the amount of ego and insecurity in many people who build cars is uninspiring to be a part of sometimes.
The 240 has its battle scars but it'll come back even stronger. I've seen a couple comments about pulling the dent back out, and I also reckon you should give panel beating a go. Definitely one of the most exciting builds on YT the story is insane🔥🔥
Just to show support for this New Corner Panel 💵
Appreciate you homie 🙏💙
Dude never stop making these you and Fran are amazing, hope to be like you guys one day. Don’t listen to the people hating on the car they never will understand the true passion for the car. Buying merch when I can afford to help fund that quarter panel. ❤
I think it’s so odd that people love Jake now that he’s passed away but he was notoriously a pos before he died and was always at the centre of some controversy. None the less great video.
im so happy that you're uploading as frequently as you are, man. this channel is a gem!
I can't help but admire how your mindset is so strong and always present, it clearly got you very far and will get you a lot further. huge inspiration Mike keep it up:)
Daaaaamn i guess you gotta get a z33 to drift so you stop using all the s13 parts left on this thing. Hella good drifting! Really sucks that you were getting followed so closely. It looked really cool until your fender was caved in. On another note car has seen worse so it'll be fine in the long run and good thing it wasn't painted yet, really sucks the oil pan was dented again but we saw it coming, gonna have to get that low profile oil pan sooner. Also saw some z33's 🤤 I love seeing z33's from behind just sooo clean It's what made me fall in love with the z33-z34 body style. Saw an s2000 as well!
I agree, a z33 would be a good seat time car!
Don’t listen to the haters Mike. They might think it’s just a “240” but we all know that it means way more than that to you. This car is much more than the sum of all its parts. And the time and effort you have into this thing makes it so much more special than any other car could be to you.
I know you spent so much time on this car, bringing the exterior back to an oe spec, but what about running over fenders to hide the damage?
That would also make it easier to fix if something like this happens again to the car.
Keep up the positivity Mike, the 240 will be back better than ever.
This is one of the greatest drifting/car channels in a long time, i havnt enjoyed content like this since the old Haggard days
I watched your 240 series from the start and it sucks to see that panel bent again. Best of luck to replace it!
bro im so so so proud of u man you can fix that man you BUILT THE HOLE CAR ALOT of people cant say that man your got this bro
This was easily the best drifting footage I’ve seen in a while! The way you filmed it was really enjoyable to watch. Can’t wait to watch you fix the damage and complete the car!
The fact that it took that hard of a hit and didn’t hurt anyone should’ve proved the haters wrong immediately. I can’t imagine putting all that work into something and people hating on it, probably because they don’t have the balls to do so themselves. You’re killin it dude, screw the haters 🤙
That’s a great point. He said the whole time it’ll be more structurally sound then From factory and it clearly is
Looked like fun, but damn that dent... I actually had a tear 😢 Well back to finding a clean rear quarter panel. Love the car!
When people are jealous it comes out as hate sometimes.. As long as you are ok , dont worry about metal.. 90% of tandems with over 2 cars usually end this way.. Thats why in Japan they have missiles for that purpose.. You could either fix the car and leave it out of events while buying another chassi for drifting or keep this a missile trying to repair it every time.. Its sad to see rare parts as your tail being smashed by the rush of someone else! Keep up the good work my guy 🎉
You two are the coolest couple! You both always go on nice adventures, keep doing what you doing my guy!!!!
The good thing is, with vids like this we get to see your whole process of rebuilding AGAIN !! We love it no matter the damage 🙏 we are here for all content you bring ✅✅✅
Now this was an amazing video. Not only for the content but the length of it, I just get so excited whenever I see that you upload a video from the 240, it has so much history!
Man that dent hurt so much, but I'm pretty sure you'll figure it out, the 240 will never die!
Hey man, I love leaving comments and seeing each and every video you post. I remember when the first t-bone happened and man, fixing that thing looked impossible. Youve shown me how much can actually be done even being constrained on time and money. Your videos of this car have helped me on my car an unreal amount. Its now rust free and has new panels welded, and proper happy door gaps. Hoping everything goes smooth after you get the damage out!
Keep your head up mike, we're all with you! And it's clear that this car is 150% safer than most of them sliding there
Man dude, I completely felt your pain as soon as you stepped out and looked at it, I’m like noooo!
People hating on your build is lame you worked hard and did it right. You should be so proud of bringing this car back from the dead. Yeah him following to close sucks but spin outs happen in drifting especially at amateur events. No matter how careful you are accidents are going to happen in drifting. Things like blowouts and brake fad are unavoidable even if the cars have good separation. I don’t say it to be a jerk but maybe only do solo runs or retire it and build another car. If your are gonna drift this car it’s gotta b a risk your willing to take. Especially if you choose to tandem with it it’s gonna get banged up at some point.
all of those drift shots look so awesome, my god that looks like such great fun. this is probably the best car content on the platform, never stop what you are doing
I really enjoyed and appreciated the longer video Mike! It sucks to see more damages to the 240 but she will get fixed in no time! I'm glad to see you guys had fun though!
Time to give the 240 the showcar treatment and get a seattime Z, that way you dont have to be stressed too much about who you're driving with. Regardless of what you decide, your fans are here for you, man. Youve fixed it once, you can fix it again. Take a moment to appreciate how much youve learned and grown since starting the restoration of the 240, and get back to it. 🤘
Another chapter in the story of the 240, we know you'll fix her up and it'll come back stronger than before. Keep inspiring Mike!
Not one to usually comment but surely the fact that the car took a major hit in the whole side that was replaced shows the structural integrity of the work carried out and shows the haters that there is really nothing to hate on, but hey haters gonna hate.
Just keeping doing you and let the mouth breathers that like to criticize get on with their obviously uninteresting lives lol
Dude so sad 😢, but it's drift life. Atleast it wasnt the B pillar again. I'll support the 2nd rebuild. Loved Fran squishing your head, that was something my mom and I would do, so thanks Fran!
So much work put into this videos, thanks Mike.
Mike it's such a nice guy, even doe you can see on him that he got upset after the crash, he didn't let that ruin his day
love you man, such an amazing experience seeing you build your car for so long and now finally being able to drift it!
ur videos keep showing me that life happens shit happens just dont stop and never give up cant wait to see u redo the rear i hope this time u can get a quater easier stay safe homie
youre videos always give the best vibe watched the whole thing and didnt even notice it was 43 mins long great video hope you can get the car fixed soon goodluck!
its so awesome to see you out drifting with your friends man, good to see the car back drifting again! im so gutted for you bro but you will bounce back with a new quarter again soon i can see it! you an fran are amazing i hope she has the best birthday ever! and im buying merch to help you fund another rear quarter my dude! be safe an keep moving forward bro, your such an inspiration man!
sorry to hear how some people hated on your car. but just remember there is 118.000 people that follows you, and loves your car and would freak out seeing it IRL. personally i would mabye some day. keep up the good work 💪💪💪
That guy at the start line at 11:45 looks SO hyped, that must be a great hypeman for a drift session
Good luck pulling that dent, love your channel. Its my favorite youtube channel, can't wait for the next update. Oh and Happy Birthday Fran.
Awesome video as always man shoutout to you from NZ! Always love the positive vibes you bring and cheers for inspiring me and others to get into cars man! Happy Birthday to Fran too!! 🎉
First off. I gotta say I have been watching your videos for about 3 years. I'm never going to stop. It sucks what happened to that quarter panel. But that happens in drifting. Looking forward to more gloria vids. Imma have to go buy some merch. Keep up the great content.
I love everything about your 240 man. Seeing it in person at clean culture was awesome. Oh yeah and that "rally" car is was building, plans have changed. Drift car is what it's becoming😄 Great work and content Mike!
really appreciate the little things like the brake light fix, I just had the same issue and would’ve never figured it out without you! ❤
watching the full video homie and i just want to say i appreciate you and everything you do! our runs at the end of the day are forever gonna be a core memory, was seriously so fun! i know it's another set back but i know it'll be back better
I guess that's the part of drifting but I think 240 after all this hard work and surgery that it's been through deserves a rest. For me it would be constant stress that anything can happen to this car. Of course it's your build and decision, I Hope there is another mint quarter panel somewhere for you and the car will be done soon ❤
Almost 1 hour of PrizzaMike godness!!! Amazed to see the 240 ripping again, Omar putting work and Rio Bash still alive! Such a shame to see the haters and the crash near the end but oh well, it's a part of it! Keep the good energy up and use it to overcome the new days that are coming! You got this man!!! Oh, Happy B-day Franzy!!! lol
Mike, just keep going with your car! Looks that it has taught you a lot and seems like a really fun car! (also hope franzy a happy birthday!)
I just bought some merch, I loved the inspire design and ordered myself one.
From somebody who just bought their first car a few days ago, you are a very inspiring car content creator, every upload, I know its going to be a good day.
Rock on PrizzaMike 🤟🤟
I love your car it's a cool car , big story behind it. Keep up the good attitude Mike🤜can't wait to see 180 back again 🙌
sorry to see that bro after all your hard work but just glad to see you walked away not hurt bro keep the good work up 🤙🏼💯
I really dont know if this would help, but there is a method wich is to inflate a football ball inside the quarter panel to pop it out a bit and then use some welding rods to take out the more extensive damage, it worked for me but it was less damage than that , good luck with that and keep it up!
It’s so crazy to wait it slide so clean again mad respect prizza
I worked a paint and body shop here in Dallas that is pretty famous we worked on the gas monkey f40, i have seen and worked on race cars and street cars with the same damage and we rebuilt them to be back on the road. there was one Lamborghini that a son of an rv dealer bough and destroyed running from the cops and the insurance was over 200k in repairs. so the haters do not know what they are talking about, nor have they ever fixed a car. those are the guys that get a dent and then reshell a car. good work Mike keep it up and middle fingers to the haters!!!!!!
Mate. Sorry to see your damage after all your work. Don't worry about the haters. Keep up the good work.
ur driving is on point my man! cars looking great on track, awesome weekend for sure
Loved the sound from the outboard camera. Happy birthday Franny!
i cant deny man... you are drifting you gotta remember these things happen if you want to drift get a separate car to drift and dont drift the car you love
This group of drifters do it right man they have great community and not only that they all had a great time no one is perfect but they all flowed naturally in thier habitat i love to see it yea the macked side pannel is a minus but besides that its what u there for as car people i would love to visit this state for their car scene ⛎️🤙🏽
Happy Birthday to Franz!!🎉 🎂
I'm so sorry to see what happened to the quarter panel. We've all seen you worked so hard on this car. I definitely felt the disappointment.
I'm very impressed with your driving though. The session you had with Nikko ... I can almost sense some sort of 'synergy' like an orchestra.
I hope you can get past this 'setback' and I hope a new quarter panel and good vibes find you soon.
Over the years, I've learned there are many types of car enthusiasts. For some, it's a trendy appliance. For others, it's a sentimental extension of who they are as a person.
As for those people that don't like your car, they don't have 100,000+ subscribers😊
I hope you and Franz have a nice weekend. Thanks again for another excellent video🎉!!
Just purchased Whither - I'd Stay Forever from Itunes , thanks for the new band. Fran trapped us there , you never guess a ladies age
They're such a great band!!
And you were raised with manners! Love to hear it 😁
The Night-Drift Session at 12:52 gave me a heavy load of Goosebumps🥰
Hey man, let the haters hate. You’re my biggest inspiration when it comes to restoring my car. I had to cut out the floor, sills, doorstep, toeboard, rear subframe mounts, trunk floor, …
The only knowledge I have is from all your video’s since the start of your T-bone. Without you I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing now, and I definitely wouldn’t know as much as I do now.
Keep up the positive spirit and good luck with finding a new quarter panel, you got this! 🦾🦾
It’ll definitely come back together Mike!!! The true fans have faith in you. Sucks it did happen when it could’ve been avoided. Keep on keeping on brother!
Loving the longer video's Mike🙂 happy birthday Franz🥳
heeyyy thats me ! thank you mike! see you soon !
🫡🔥
Yeah that color wheel change on the rear looks fresh. Funny enough it looks like you can see the gas lid flying in the air. Not the same quarter ! 😭 Glad you still continued to enjoy the day drifting and Fran is awesome.
If you can picture it in your mind, you can shape it in your life ✊🏽 just know whatever it is we support ya!
So sorry it got banged up, don’t listen to the haters, you rebuilt it with Love and I’m sure it’s in much better shape mechanically than all the haters cars. Keep grinding and you’ll always come out on top!! #RESPECT
Why is Omar leading lmfao that man lost all privileges to lead after watching this xD
that was a painful crunch especially after watching the struggle it took and the months long process of putting the 240 back together only for it to be folded like that. time to start again 😅😅
The best part is that we ALL know this isn’t the end :) literally proved the haters wrong, the car took the doink pretty well. Like everyone always says, your ability to stay positive in the face of adversity is why we all love watching the journey
damn man literary shed a tear and scream out loud when I saw the hit, followed the project since it started and it felt so bad when i saw the hit. Daaang🙁 big up to you mikey love from sweden!😊
oh shit.. my heart was racing at that moment.. I saw all the videos of you painstakingly repairing it and then this. but you will do that too! You are a real motivation for me here in Germany! keep it up !
Keep going Mike do what you do best. . Let no one detour you . Keep the great vids coming.
To bad people be hating especially all the pain you went through getting the car together you've been an inspiration I work on my 240 and watch your videos learn a good amount and just stare at the cars infinite beauty can't wait till it's on the road hopefully I get to drive it a little before this winter
Mike, with every aditional driver near you when drifting, you are doubling/ tripling the chances of a crash, its just the way it is. Beauty never lasts in drift.
The crash was a real bucket of bummers man, but its good that you soldiered on through the event. With any form of spirited driving its very important to know who you're running with and how well your synergy is. Chin up, we're all cheering you on :)
Well, dude. It'll pull out, at least you haven't painted it yet, the frame ain't bent & nobody died! To quote a cheesey movie line: "Rubbin's racin'" 😁
I was not expecting that z31 at 28:00 but nice stuff prizza keep up the good work
That is a super easy fix the guys in Japan would make such quick work of it & I’m sure you will 2! Thanks for sharing with us
Saturday morning coffee and cars. 👍 👌
I'm actually changing out my starter 😂
My mike I'm sorry man , but if u got this far this even if takes more effort it can be fixed you proved it already over and over and I'm proud of you for not even thinking in not fixing it , I haven't been following this channel this last months , I've been working and dealing with depression but your videos always reminds me that if we put effort on our hopes and dreams some can become reality and the only thing we can't really fix is death , lots of love and strength from portugal , lets gooooo 🙂🙂🙂💪💪💪
I'm loving your videos Mike. Thank you
Just another piece to the story brother, everything happens for a reason, keep pushing !!
We have to get that awesome car fixed. We know where the panel came from etc. Also, I am surprised some people have a negative opinion on your vehicle. A solution will arrive, this is part of track life as you know better than me. Good luck and great to see Fran out too enjoying the drifts.
anyone hating because they think this car is unsafe or because they think you’re dumb for putting in all this work and money to bring this car back are just simply projecting the fact that they wouldn’t be able to rebuild a car to this extent 🤷♂️. Good stuff bro you’re very inspirational not because you have a 240sx but the way you just get stuff done, especially in a driveway. You’re always fixing and making something better !
Im telling ya Mike, you need to build a Firebird Drift Missle since you come across them so often in junk yards that parts would never be an issue ever again haha. Would make an interesting series swapping in an import drive train if you decide to go that route though lol
Love that she knows how to record while drifting
@PrizzaMike you know its kinda funny how people hate so much but its totally "cool," and "okay" when people restore old muscle, and jdm cars that have rotten to bits. i dont understand why hate about it i think its awesome you restored your car cause you love it so much, and i feel you heavily on it cause i have done the same 2 TIMES! to my honda! Keep up thew hard work bro i love your content , and remember hate is just fuel to the fire that powers our work!
Happy birthday Fran's enjoy your special day with your husband and friends please stay safe out there with the crazy drivers God bless ya .we love watching your videos and you make my husband fix his van 2008 Honda Odyssey. GOD BLESS YA AND FRIENDS PLEASE STAY SAFE OUT THERE IN THE CAR EVENTS .
Love your Videos and your mindset wish you all the best bro 🙏❤️ Never back down never give up ❤️
Kick it out mate carry on , you said it best that's drifting .
Pro tip always kick it out before you continue or the next hit will solidify the damage with solid creases
Perfect wake up video to watch. Happy belated bday to Frans🎉
