The best bosses to use felian skull is baby dragon bros, headless horseman and if possible, try to get the sir verdant too, baby dragon bros and headless horseman give you 2 plus more health, but for the headless horseman you need to wait his horse to go out of his head, to give you the 1 more health, if you kill it before the horse go out, will just count a 1 health
I just play the origin and collect many general blueprints, so after I defeated the Alien Aircraft carrier, I would get a jewelry blueprint, so I could create 2 jewelry every battle

After you kill the boss of a third biome, like the volcano and the spaceship, it will have a chance to spawn a second boss room behind the first boss, and the ice variant of the third biome(i forgot the name) is impossible to have the sir verdant boss room, just the volcano and the spaceship have the chance

Assasin uses melee weapons mainly, and some high cost highly effective ones like scaliburn, and ancient call, paladin builds defense, like serenity, the more defense he has, the more damage he does, those kind of weapons.
Felian Skull -> 2:14
Jade Necklace -> 3:12
Bejeweled Chest -> 4:10
Gold Ruyi -> 4:47
Incineration -> 5:20
Ogre's Fang -> 6:22
Biome clearing pattern = forest > relic > snow > kingdom > underground > volcano > spaceship

Ogre's Fang DOES have a limit, 10PLs in and I stopped gaining attribute buffs. I guess you can't be buffed if you kill the same boss twice.

It depends on your game mode but in my opinion it is the assassin, the berserker, the necromancer and the sword master
Taoist 3rd skill is very good for killling bosses and clearing rooms its very flashy it got nerfed abit tho its still fast
