He knew all about fourth great ninja war edos because he's the one who says hashirama is different from the rest and could break out anytime if he wanted to. But as for tobirama he proved that he still had control over him by restricting his movements it's showed when he hashirama tells him to prepare the flying rajin to fly them outside
I mean, Orochimaru in his big snake form took one look at Itachi's Susano'o and was like, "Yeah, I can take that." He was cool as a cucumber right up until he realized Itachi had the Totsuka blade. So, as long as he doesn't get cocky and dodges the Totsuka blade, I think Orochimaru with Itachi's body vs Itachi would be an even fight. It's hard to say who would win. Itachi maybe has the advantage of he's healthy, but it'd be more of a coin toss, I think, if it's sick Itachi. You also have to consider that Orochimaru's arsenal is far more vast than pretty much anyone else's, including Itachi. We didn't even scratch the surface of what this dude could do. He spent decades mastering countless jutsu. It's sorta like Kakashi where it's kind of an informed ability, though we do see quite a bit more variety in Orochimaru's arsenal than Kakashi's.
The reason that they could break out the reanimation in the forth great ninja war was because orichimaru didn't revive them to use them to fight it's because he only wanted them to talk to Sasuke plus when he took back his sage powers from kabuto he also gained his knowledge of everything kabuto did so he could use the reanimation that kabuto used instead

Kakashi was a great ninja before he got the sharingan but once he got a sharingan he wasn't known for being Kakashi of the white fang instead he was renowned for his sharingan abilities. But remember. It isn't like Kakashi or Danzo, who had sharingans transplanted into in THIER body. He has the body of a natural-born Uchiha. So I think he can get a mangekyou.
Another thing orichimaru had multiple hideouts so it wouldn't be that itachi knew where he was. Even when orichimaru first betrayed the akatsuki they never found him in his hideouts he was only found in the sand when he wanted to be found in order to test out his reanimation with sasoris human puppet of the third kazekage. If he would be in orichimaru doorstep he would have done that before orichimaru could steal Sasukes body. Why would you risk your only loved one left to being taken over by orichimaru when you can stop him before he even trys to?
If and this is a big IF itachi doesnt obliterate orochimaru when he steals sasuke's body theres three factors swag missed and they are obito notices the threat to hes plan and tells nagato to use rinne rebirth to revive madara and theres no way orochimaru can win against madara ,the second one is obito rushes the rest of the akatsuki along with himself to capture the remaining tailed beasts to revive tentails and the third one is hagoromo appears and gives naruto sage of six paths powers(Third one might not be a variable because theres no indra reincarnate so not too sure about it)
I think I also commented this in the original video but it was a thought that I had For the most part Itachi is number one goal is allowing Sasuke to kill him as a method of atoning for his sins and restoring his own clans honor Once he realizes his brother is gone in one way or another he could simply snap and go into some sort of frenzy because he has absolutely nothing left to lose. Because allowing Sasuke to kill him is his only reason for living and if Sasuke isn't around he has nothing left to live for that's either if someone killed him or if someone like orochimaru took his body. We would probably see a side of Itachi that we had never ever seen,one of pure desperation and rage.. it would have been a huge contrast to how calm he always was It's mostly a question of if he can find ways to evolve his sharingan before becoming a victim of itachi's wrath
