If Supreme Court could not implemented their orders then there must be a strict actions.

As learnt that CJP Qazi Faiz sb is retiring on 25th October, 2024, so he has left only around 70 working days to work as CJP.
It would hv been better nd more wise for the purpose of justice nd marit, if the new CJP may decide the appointment of Adhoc Judges instead of by the outgoing nd retiring CJP , if at all, their appointment is very necessary for disposing off the back log of the cases in SCP.
Secondly , there should hv been penals of three judges for each post nd not the already like minded pre-selected retired judges on the bases of open loyality with Qazi Faiz sahib nd not on the basis of their reputation as best judges of the recent past. Luckily , two out of four pre identified nd pre-selected nominee judges hv already refused to accept this post.
Hope this propasal of forcing in these judges in SCP just on the basis of their thin majority in the Supreme Judical Council will not materialize, in shaa Allah.
