I started playing rabab 3 months ago. Learning the multiple strokes technique was something that i thought i’d never be able to do. But when I tried different picks, I felt better about my technique. Now, I have about 43 picks with me and saying from my experience, it all depends on the pick. for me, cards work the best, as the edges are sharp, they tend to stick to the strings at the edges which sounds really nice.
