Whether it’s because of a painful situation, a season of waiting, or when the going gets really tough. That is when the “big D’s of life can set it - Depression. Despair. Disillusionment. Disappointment. What do we do when that happens?
Seek purpose from your pain. As we look at the life of Paul, we see a story in Acts that shows us how to live within our pain. God has promises for our life, but when they don’t look the way we thought they would, how will we respond? Do we focus on the why or fix our eyes on the Who?
Faith is proven IN the fire. If you are walking through the fire right now, be encouraged. The dawn is coming.

I am in a hard season where I have been in the hospital with my daughter who has a very rare disease, multiple times over the last, in particular 30 days, but really over the last 30 years. I’m sitting in a hospital room with her as I type this. Every.Single.Episode has blessed my heart and encouraged me!Thank you both for your transparency and words of wisdom. 🙏💕

Candace I really love that you have young women who are listening to your podcast! I truly believe a video for young women on biblical womanhood would be such an amazing encouragement for these young girls. In today's society they so desperately need it!
I understand what Candace is saying that she doesn't want to complain about her pain or suffering when she thinks of her friend Mandy who has suffered for 30 plus years and still does, but that's also a form of not wanting to feel any pain she is facing. We all have different things we endure and shouldn't do the comparison thing even in our suffering. I've suffered since I was a young girl with health issues and it's very difficult, but for another person, they might be going through something seemingly ' less' difficult, but for that person, it might be the most difficult situation they have experienced in life. So we should not do the comparison thing. Each person has a different journey.
2 brain tumors, 3 surgeries, a major job loss and a town-flattening tornado within 2 1/2 years.
The only close friend I have is my middle brother. Him and I believe in the same things, we do things together, and he always has encouraging words to say. Other than that I don't really have friends. I have Facebook friends but that's about it. I loved this particular episode because I have struggled with depression since I was a little kid and even at 40 years old I still find times where I'm depressed but God has not left my side. My faith in God gets me through the tough times.

This is definitely a podcast I could've used when we were trying for a baby. My infertility was all I could really focus on and during that time I really went through the.. "how could God love me and let me go through this" I put friendships at risk and unfortunately made people feel like they couldn't tell me if they were pregnant. So blessed to have made it to the other side and see how wrong I was. God is good, I just had to wait for his timing.
This is a message for me!!! Thank You LORD ALMIGHTY for carrying me through storms AMEN!! I can testify that ADONIA has done so much in my life I see, feel, hear, and recognize HIS unconditional love daily. Hallelujah he's the KING OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

Such a great episode again! The greatest relief or peace that I find is knowing we have hope. Hope in Christ. If God is for us, who can be against us. I know that when my father died, when I was 16. That was when my faith had to become my own and become real too. Such good stuff.

Found this podcast during this season and have been going back to old ones while waiting for y'all to make new ones and yes some are good but there is something about this season that I just can't get enough of I did just watch the one with Katie singing in Jesus name love that song and have heard it many times but today needed to repeat it 6 times and let it resonate in my heart ❤️

I do an evaluation of my friendships throughout the year. As time has gone by, I have learned the importance of this process.
We never did Santa with our kids. I never wanted them to think that Santa was their provider. Jesus is! I never wanted them to be so materialistic as Santa conveys. I never wanted them to think that we had lied to them about Santa. Would they think I had lied about God too? I think an apology is due to people who don't push Santa. I have been pro Bianca all season. She knows what she is talking about. Don't let's end on a bad note.

Hi ladies, Candace I was so happy to find you on YT. I see your genuine heart for Christ and didn’t know you have regular programs. I would like to comment on something. I am disturbed by any mentioning of “Enneagram” things. I have heard Bianca refer to her enneagram something before. Those things are not of God is the best way to put it. I have looked into the history/background of enneagrams & I would encourage you to do the same. I am encouraged by your walk with the Lord, and your heart for Jesus. I do feel something off however in anything enneagram related. The Holy Spirit has spoken to my heart about this and I just wanted to share it with you. Blessings to you and your family.

Bianca as a woman of God how do you justify going to a Taylor Swift concert knowing what she has said about Christian’s and her own personal stance on several issues including witchcraft?
I’ve been enjoying this series but quite frankly after you said that it was a lot harder to hear what you were saying. Furthermore towards the middle of the video you said “Taylor theology” I’m sure that was a joke but it didn’t sit right with my spirit.
I am not criticizing you sister in Christ but even listening to her is a bit too much but you actively paid money to go see her concert.

Yes something doesn’t sit right about that. Maybe her friend bought her a ticket and she just went along with it. 🤷🏼♀️ Anytime I hear of a Christian being a “Swiftie” I get an off-putting feeling. I don’t want to judge as I also listen to secular music artists and have gone to concerts, but with Taylor it’s blatantly obvious she went to the dark side. Not something to be taken lightly.
I was looking for a comment like this. Christians need to be careful what they are listening to. There are lots of videos about how TS is using witchcraft and some people had amnesia after her concert not remembering anything! Also in one of her latest music videos she wears a demonic mask. I hope the Lord opens everyones eyes as he did with mine.
