Ingredients:
brine the chicken wings with salt vinegar and water! then wash thoroughly!
500 g chicken wings or normal chicken pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow chilli powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chili paste
red orange food colour
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp corn flour
4 tbsp gram flour
oil for frying
chutney:
coriander leaves
green chilli
garlic
salt
chat masala
cumin seeds
curd
