Liked, subscribed, heck I'll throw in a comment too. This is quality content, with decent analysis to help understand this never-before-heard work. As expected, the 1st movement coda is quite apocalyptic. Thank you for your work.
I love this music. I am not trained enough to follow compositional fine points, but I can follow the sea of multifaceted emotions in these tunes. Thanks for uploading.
An engaging and wonderful piano quintet by Master Rubinstein! It is very full of emotion, with dramatic parts scattered about. Easily my most favorite chamber piece from the Romantic era. This should be played or performed often by modern chamber groups. 7:20 - 7:52 brings the max climax of the first movement, which is immediately followed by a calming tone . The grand ending starting at 46:53 always gives me such a satisfying feeling that concludes the piece on a strong, victorious, and positive note. A precursor to the Rachmaninoff concertos. Of course it is a standard Rubinstein piece when it ends with the right-hand chord striking right before the left-hand chord.
One of the best chamber pieces I have heard. Rubinstein is very underrated in my opinion.

I hope that somebody else will record this.
