Sara Lazarus, sing it again-- it'll be all right with me! Superbe, formidable, pur et simplement fanTASTIQUE! ( Love the June, Anita, and that other Sarah -Vaughn- influence. . ). Request: O, Do It Again .... and THANK YOU!
There is an ease (and lightness) about this track that is great. Man, Bireli Lagrene's choice to play chords on the bridge of his solo is sure genius. But as often happens, the poor rhythm guitarist and bass player are not given much camera time or mention (except by listener "enferiou" below). This cut's greatness is as much their doing as anyone else's. (Hard to track this down, and not sure it's accurate but here it is:) Personnel (of album It's All Right with Me): Sara Lazarus - Vocals Bireli Lagrene - Guitar Hono Winterstein - Guitar Diego Imbert - Double-Bass [Andre Ceccarelli - Drums - don't think he plays on this cut] Raymond Gimenes - Arrangements
This is really good gypsy jazz! Nice details in the singing, bass and guitar! I'm struggling with the chords - what's your EXACT progression? Please? :-)
Me encantaaaaaaaa
This is the best version of this song -Man what a duo !!!!

Hono Winterstein on Rhythm guitar !
Her voice reminds me of John Pizzareli's. Anyone else?
Hono is number 1 rhythm guitarist on Earth nowaday.
