Great video, a great memory. Recall when this first aired and this was one of my wive's favorite songs. Listened to it all the time before heading over to the South East Asian War Games - so decided to get married, they played this at our reception: 53 years married come june.
@@IanPunter I just looked it up and saw 1971. For some reason I thought it was earlier by a few years. Although 1971 may have been the US release date, if it was UK it might have been 1970.
wow you really transcended time with this amazing performance the heart you made with your hands is so right i hope your life will always be as happy as when you did this vid thanks so much
it's cold outside it's the 4th of Feburary 2023a.d., but i don't tired of seeing you & it a saturday at the state capitol of Mississippi in Hinds County Jackson.i'm at the main library watching you dance to a cool song. Your Admirer & writing pal, george LeBlanc Jr.🗽🏈
I'm 68. Plenty of memories in that song and those dresses. One time, all the cheerleaders decided to come to the pep rally w/o any panties. Now, that was a memory still lodged into my mind.
I always loved this track and was in my list to upload on my channel. Now since i have come across you posting this, i am racing to hit this on my channel. And yes, i like the way you danced here Louise!
Forgive me if I misinterpreted you're request, but its nice that you want to share it ☺️ just tag my channel name or just my name, it's awfully sweet of you ❤️ I hope you are having a wonderful day, stay safe and remember that you'll always matter to someone! And me too haha!
I had this song on my mind a few days back to upload on my channel. My channel is based on music, I already have this audio. Didn't mean to use your video Louise!
Didn’t the Farrell Brother s use this song at the end credits of Something about Mary??Tony Burrowsor Burroughs most underrated male vocalist of the sixties and seventies. Heard this when Zi was about 7 in 1970. Grew up about six blocks from the Pacific Ocean in Ocean Beach San Diego. Many Rosemary’s hanging out in OB as it was the Haight Ashbury of San Diego in the late sixties early seventies. “If you met her you will never forget her”. Too right mates!!!!!!!!!
OMG....not only do I love this song, I HAD THAT VERY DRESS IN 1970! Daisey prints were very popular and I had a few (i.e. Marsha Brady?)....just made my day down memory lane...thx
Makes me feel young again I'm 66 years old in 1971 I was 14 years old time flies you're grateful for everyday you get

1970
I liked that K-Tel LP. It had that song and Tracy by Cufflinks.
Great song, brings me back to 1971 while serving in the army. That was a much better time back then.

Where was you when you heard this song
It's a man.
Remember this being played over AFVN when I was in Vietnam.
Glad you back home from that shithole called nam, brother
I was 8 when this came out and it still brings back that 8 yr old boy feeling.
Touche my friend 🌞
My memory says this is about 1970. Correct?
@@IanPunter
I think it was the first number one of 1970.
I was 0, or maybe not yet born, when the song came out, and it was popular, so I heard it a lot during my childhood.

The movie was "Shallow Hal"
Still alive? Thank god! 😍
I was in Jail at that time following a small altercation with a Lighthouse Keeper.
Great memories of my Rosemary!
This song would have been good as a TV show opening theme
Indeed it would have.
Reminds me of the Dancing Troll. worth a look. was on many songs.
When do we see more dances to oldies like this?
The dresses, hair, bare feet and that dance is perfect for this song.
Ohhh - I love to meet you time by time, my little refreshment❣️
Times had certainly change! My 3 year old dances just like the girl in this video!!
Take a video, she will be able to show her children/grandchildren some day!
Cool! Go for it, baby!!

A perfect theme song for Mia Farrow when she played the movie Rosemary's baby.....Aah---what a baby that was...!
We can all dance, in our unique individual way.
Brilliant video

Adorable and groovy.!! :)
TPSC's hair is wild and free. She's also a mystery.
We had the tunes..
she's a great dancer, & pretty too.
I love where the internet takes me.
Smile a little smile for me, Rosemarie, Rosema-R-E-E-E-E . . .
Boy, this Rosemarie chick really gets around! The dancer's name is Mary-Tina Paris.
It looks old but when you gave the heart sign you gave it away for the heart symbol is something that only became popular in resent times.
So adorable.
Hey guys, first of all the song is from 1970. That said, do we really need this video? Takes away from the song? One of my all time favorites.
You made me smile
doesn't this,after a while,reach a physchotic epidode after a while?
Great bubblegum song never dared admit back in the day l liked it , Not that l'm admitting it now but ........
When the heart of music was soft now it is mostly hard and ridgid
Now its NOT even music.... Sad... :(
Must be 💕 love with her. Never gets old!
Don't ever change. 💗
I named my baby, born in 1968, Rosalie!❤
My ex wife was called rosemary' although it been many years since we parted ive never forgotten her.
TPSC The essence of the lyrics' object.
This woman must be about 65 years old today--but I still love her .!
I think this is a modern video.
