As the only Repot user ino this universe, I confirm it was underrated. It only thrived after Lily rework. Easy to kill someone right behind a wall, magnificent escape tool, immaculate self-passes across the entire brawl ball map, sneak attacks on gem carrier, unexpected brawl ball score defences, rare occasions of splash damage, hardcountering throwers. That all in one gadget.
i love Repot but the problem with it is you need your super and lily takes forever to charge a super with just the circle so i rarely ever use all 4 i barely use 3

The patch notes didn’t cover it but she was unfortunately given an unload speed 😔 To my surprise though, it’s not much slower than what I was able to input consistently, just that I can no longer burst it like crazy when I anticipate an ambush and can’t get my ammo back as quickly
i will admit that i am a vanish npc, BUT i will aways stand with the fact that vigilance is the better starpower cuz it makes lily really versatile, she is able to be tensai, makes u counter cordelius even more bc it work on the shadow realm, u can get good position and allows her to have a different playstyle, which consists in tp, attack, run away, wait for ur super, tp and kill, not only that the starpower has some niche scenarios like it works on flying enemies like janet and mico(also it forces mico to aim bc the speed boost is enough to do that), it basically alerts u when someone is on a bush or invisible while ur super is full and lastly the speed boost has a little delay to wear off that u can basically just a tiny bit when use vanish.
Y'know, now that you mention it, Vigilance is WAY better for my kit than I realized, since Repot has the extra damage, it might be a good substitute for the first Star Power's extra damage More speed means catching up to her targets more, which means charging my super easier, an issue with using Repot as opposed to Vanish, and Vanish covers the Extra damage Vigilance lacks

Nah fr, Repot is actually such a good gadget. You can teleport over the walls and you don't even need it to land on enemy to teleport. It's just that her 1st gadget is op as hell, but 2nd one is a great gadget too
Funny you mention this, a cancelled video from when I accidentally deleted my footage was based on using terrible Starpowers and Gadgets, low and behold, Poco's Second Gadget was a part of it, maybe I'll revisit this video idea

I run vigilance and repot normally so I can consistently poke and pressure and survive comedically bad situations with speed. With vigilance you don’t really need vanish that much but you are sacrificing some burst potential for better poke.

As much as I like underrated things, Repot still stands no chance against Vanish gadget. I tried both Star Powers with it but it just sucks, I can’t approach anyone properly half of the game and can’t do early engagement as I can do with Vanish. And the projectile speed of the super with this gadget is just too slow on long range, it literally just makes it worse against her good matchups. And that 1000 damage bonus rlly adds nothing besides some interactions. It might be good on maps with walls against tanks but that is rlly it, I don’t see it having much play unless it gets a projectile speed buff.

Vanish is just way too predictable, too little time to move, everyone knows you're going for the kill or to the nearest bush, it's hard to be unpredictable with it. Of course the potential to escape or dive in completely unseen and unharmed is still unmatched gameplay-wise, I love Repot and I think it fits Lily beautifully but it's utility pales a lot in comparison to Vanish. That gadget should just be removed, it's a Power Surge situation, you get half the benefits of Cordelius' super with just a little green button.
