Current high rises should be penalised for high eesoirce consumption and affecting surrounding communities. Consumers plz don’t buy at current prices, recession will also start from Q2 2025, hence from 2025 2 2027 good time 2 buy as land rates also will correct by 30% in developing areas.
agricultural lands will not fall much bro.. Previously farmers used to face losses and sell due to debt. Currently farmers dont have much financial burdens. Govt's providing many benefits and water availability is there.

Land rates increasing due to 1.NRI s investing in Hyderabad 2.Money laundering as no taxes in middle East employees 3.contractors from state due to heavy corruption invest in lands 4. International land war in the way of money laundering here religious war is also there
I am paying 1 lakh rent for 10 crores villa near hitex , in which way it is an asset if I buy now , when it is not generating not even 25 paisa interest
Revanth reddy is not the cause for fall of Realestate, HYD Realestate is overpriced, hyped, it has to fall, 10000 per sqyd, became 80000, suppose mokila, it will take minimum 1hr 45 min to go to mokila, which is more overpriced, entire world is on the brink of recession, it will fall more & more
