    హైదరబాద్ లో రిటైర్డ్ ఉద్యోగుల కు ఆంధ్రాలో ఇంటి స్థలాలు ,పొలాలు వున్నాయి.అందరూ కాళీ చేసి వెనక్కి వచ్చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది.
    గన్నవరం, తిరుపతి,విశాఖపట్నం విమానాశ్రయాలు వున్నాయి

    exactly naa point kuda ade sir...ekaram maa daggara hyderabad ki 70 kilometers lo kuda 35 lakhs undi...asalu farming chesevaallu oka ekaram konadam impossible...too much rates perigipoyayi uneven ga...oka villa mokila lo 5 crores anta..asalu endi idi...

    No hope to get plot in Hyderabad (more than 50KM)for middle class people or lower middle class people.
    This is very bad sign to hype more and this government is correcting real estate.
    I appreciate government.

    A agricultural lands will fall 2 15-25 lakhs per acre in Telangana. Except the road facing lands. First High Rise permissions should be stopped. No residential buildings above 15 floors. Current high rises should be penalised for high eesoirce consumption and affecting surrounding communities. Consumers plz don’t buy at current prices, recession will also start from Q2 2025, hence from 2025 2 2027 good time 2 buy as land rates also will correct by 30% in developing areas.

      agricultural lands will not fall much bro.. Previously farmers used to face losses and sell due to debt.
      Currently farmers dont have much financial burdens. Govt's providing many benefits and water availability is there.

    15km from yadagiri gutta (away from highways).. 60 to 90 lakhs/acre for agriculture land. My question was show me a local farmer buying for that price. Every land seller around Hyderabad thinks, their land is next to Kokapet village.

      2.Money laundering as no taxes in middle East employees
      3.contractors from state due to heavy corruption invest in lands
      4. International land war in the way of money laundering here religious war is also there

    Revanth reddy is not the cause for fall of Realestate, HYD Realestate is overpriced, hyped, it has to fall, 10000 per sqyd, became 80000, suppose mokila, it will take minimum 1hr 45 min to go to mokila, which is more overpriced, entire world is on the brink of recession, it will fall more & more
