- This video describes how to build route patterns for the North American Numbering Plan in a Cisco Unfied Communications Manager deployment. Commonly used wildcards are discussed as well as how to construct patterns that avoid postdial delay from the T.302 timer. We look at both 7-digit and 10-digit dialing.
This drawing has a an audio problem: there a 10-second gap part way into the video..
You are pretty good at breaking stuff up. Nice job!
Excellent lesson....Not stretchy and still covers the basics very well. Good job.
Very good video, however you lose audio at 1:11 and it comes back around 1:34...Checked and confirmed this on 3 different computers, just an FYI.
Not only for you; this problem for everyone....
Excellent video. I learned a few things from this video because it started with some that you need know when building Route Patterns. Thank again.
Jason H, to restrict incoming calls from reaching certain DIDs, you need to look at the lesson here on Calling Search Spaces (CSS) and Partitions. If you put non-accessible DIDs in a special partition and then ensure that partition is NOT part of the incoming trunk's CSS, the DID will not be reachable.
Excellent. High quality.
