The same was said about guys like Grandmaster Flash when Wu Tang were the younglings.
All that complaining about younger rappers is really annoying. There are plenty of good ones in the new crop and there have also been lots of bad ones back then. Every generation has their legends, they just need some time to become one. Autotune is the one thing that really has to go, but there are plenty that don't use it. I could name about 2 dozen very great younger artists just from my own country that I really don't want to miss out.
