Defiant Wrestling Are you going to remove the youtube plates from the internet title? I thought the reason for them was that every internet title match was supposed to be shown for free on youtube something that hasn't really happened for a while.
And to those complaining about them confirming the show is no longer on youtube it hasn't been on regularly for a while now and it costs money to run a show a lot more than they are getting from youtube ad revenue. Especially when ad revenue on wrestling based videos took a massive hit in the 'adpocalypse and hasn't recovered since.

It it small relatively speaking but ever since defiant started doing loaded shows again (weekly free TH-cam wrestling show for defiant) some of the venues they film in necessitate a smaller ring (once they have room for the crowd all the production equipment the titantron and entrance way and the crowd barrier ect) this is for both loaded and other defiant wrestling shows but they have and do use a larger ring when they have room for one...

Unfortunately weekly shows are no longer viable; either logistically or financially. We are putting together great monthly shows.

They can't afford it anymore. TH-cam doesn't pay out anymore so most of the income must come from Acess Defiant. If they upload every non PPV show to TH-cam, then people don't have much of a reason to Subscribe to Access.

So is Travis Banks only working the WWE UK Tournament or is he supposed to be signing with the WWE? I can't hate on him for signing with the WWE, but I'd rather see him continue to work outside the WWE. Dude is developing into one of the best all around pro wrestlers in the world. So many potential classic matches yet to happen. I've only seen him perform once in ROH, along with Chris Brooks as CCK. He just started working the PWG supercards as well. I'd love to see him work New Japan against Okada, Suzuki ETC.

I wouldn’t say you want them shut down, what is needed is competition. It is no surprise that the era people remember most is the the Attitude Era. It was born out of the Monday Night Wars which was that last time WWE had proper competition. Competition breeds innovation and brings the best out of both companies as they strive to be better. I would love to see New Japan become bigger in the west as some of the shows and matches they put on are outstanding and would push WWE to be better. As long as what happened to WCW doesn’t happen than I can see nothing but good things come from it.

dannybob42 Walter almost always beats ZSJ with that move. I guess you could explain the quick tap out with ZSJ’s extensive submission knowledge. He knows that Walter could cause serious damage if he keeps the hold locked in so he taps out quickly to minimise the pain.
It kinda makes sense. A specialist knows what it's all about enough to know when he's basically f**ked. Walter definitely has the power advantage and on a move like the rear naked choke, not much even a specialist like ZSJ can do without sustaining pointless damage. I've always seen technical wrestling like a game of chess. You DO have an advantage over unpolished opponents but you're not bulletproof. Especially when the opponent has 50+ pounds on you and is not a complete klutz. One wrong move and it might be over regardless.

This match should have just been a few minutes of Walter just mauling both of them like a bear and pinning both at the same time.
