@@ufukyilmaz9577 I would suggest leveling all vigilantes that have upgradable skills + vigilantees that are gathering resources when in crew. You can equip them with equipment to help you more.. just my suggestion..
On defense, a high amount of gunners and snipers will work in your favour just fine. If you have enough bulker to cover, and a huge amount of gunners/snipers, lots of significent dmg will be done.

Falvio, man i watch everything you post and ive tried really hard to not loose troops in battle but i keep for some reason, i keep loosing in battle. I feel like its happening all the time.. Im the boss of a clan which keeps me heaps busy but there is a handful of players in another clan that is just dominating everything... Ive spent money, Lost money and still loose. I just want to know how do reduce my troop loose, manage farms, and play effectively? Do i focus on building on my account and truce constantly? I just cant seem to win on this and its frustrating as hell...
Flavio Gaming question: what is best formation when raiding a lvl 5 storehouse? My clan has tried different formations that I have come up with and still no luck. Any suggestions? I have biggest mansion at elite3 and all upgrades we have 8 others that are lvl30m or higher. Any info would be great and thanks for all your clips has helped me a lot and talking my clan mates through different questions.
Also, the importance of getting as many vigilantes as possible as the passive star up traits often improve bulker and biker defense/attack. Passive traits are effective on your entire army whether or not the vigilante is used. Then, of course there are the other traits that are only effective if the vigilante leads a march, or is garrisoned on your wall for defense. I make it my duty to at least acquire a vigilante as the percentage of passive traits adds up greatly when you have a number of them.
I agree that helps too however vigilantes weren't released back when this video was made. Also, this video was focused more on improving formation rather than stats. But I completely that passive stats are the most cost effective of improving stats.
The leader of my clan allways tells us to concentrate on bulker/biker formations and avoid shooters and vehicles. I don't know how effective each one is really,the battle mechanics of this game is very confusing because the abilities of each troops and weakness and strenghts are very difficult to predict in battle.

Grenades are actually useful against bulkers because it does some damage for your own formation in your mansion to deal the final blow if they have high combaters but low tankers they are more effective.

Beginner here, what troup setup would you recommend for general turf defence/offence? I notice a lot of this is tournament specific, and I'm just wondering if I should follow the same, or do something different?
Follow the same, tuf defense works the same as tournament defense. The only difference is that all the troops inside your turf are used for turf defense while only 1 March is used for tournament defense

Hey Flavio, I have some specific questions about the best troop set-up: 1. I see a lot of people who are sending more T9 bikers than T10 bikers in their formation. I don't get that, because in my opinion the special skill of T10 biker is much more helpful at the arena and all the stats of T10 bikers are better expect of the attack power, but it's only one point - what do u think? 2. I understand that low tier troops are helpful because of the overperformance-rate. In your example ur advice was to send 20k t10, 8k t8 and 2k t6 bikers instead of 30k t10 bikers. That means a percentage of 66% highest troop level and 33% low tier troops. Do u think this is the best ratio to mix troops? I made a few tests and my result was that a ratio of. 75/25 or nearly 80/20 is more effective than sending too much low tier troops. Could u betray ur experience a bit more? Thanks in advance! :)
1. T9 bikers are good, they get a lot of kills but I personally don't like them because they're vulnerable to charge & have low defense. When you add t9 bikers, all the charge attacks will trigger on them because they're the only ranged troops &, you'll end up losing a lot of troops. With t10 bikers, they share the charged attacks with T9 & T10 bulkers so you don't lose a lot of troops. 2. I don't know what the best ratio is either. The example was just to explain the concept, notto tell people the best ratio. I personally feel the ratio of 2:1 for t8 to t6 bikers works best for me though. The best ratio would be a ratio where the efficiency (kills per troop) is the same for all offensive troops. That seems to happen when my t8:t6 biker ratio is around 2:1

i would used(T9&T8 set formation) the formation,(if you have around 100K troops size with M26):make it 30K T7 bulker,20K T9 bulker,18K T9 biker,10K T9 sniper,17K T8 trucks and 5K T8 shooters. if you have only T8 below(for m22[max troops size:88,600]):22K T7 bulker,18K T8 bulker,15K T8 biker,15K T8 trucks,10K T8 shooters,4,3K T7 Shooter and 4,3K T7 Biker. -Remember to borrow more Sniper if enemy have lots of trucks. -Some kind like T9 biker and T7 biker are great for attacking rss tiles/defend the tiles -T7 bulker/T10 bulker are important on battle/turf battle/attack turf. trust me -Don't send T8 bulker when you got T9 bulker in hand&Don't send T7 trucks when you have T8 trucks in hand,same like T8 bulker and T9 bulker if you have any question about troops formation/mafia city you can reply my comment. thanks
oh 1 more thing. if you're on Tournament Mode(city tournament)(for T8 T7 set)you might better use all crew boost. 50% crew boost and 20%/30% crew stats. if you could get up to 140K to 150K crew size with boost,make it around 50K T7 bulker,they're the key for your tournament match. the rest is up to you,same as my formation percentage.
Yeah, they are good for defense indeed. You should try adding a few thousand low tiers to your march as well, they do help get few more kills. For example, if you are using 20k t9 bulkers, you could try using 18k t9 bulkers & 2k t8 bulkers & you should be able to observe that the t8 bulkers will get more kills per troop than the t9 bulkers. Also, add 1 t1, t2, t4, t6 bulker as well to reduce the t7 bulker casualties. I've tired doing that in the underground tournament & the results were surprising.
Yeah. A lot of people use the 50%march buff for the underground tournament, but I don't think it's worth it. It costs 3.7k gold at the smuggler. So, unless you're getting top 3 you will be spending more than what you get. I prefer using 25% march buff.
Makes some since as to why charge work against melee troops when ranged are mostly gone but still the low ranged bikers that attack the low ranged troops have charge and the ranged that attack ranged have it sometimes as skills makes it osd
Hey man, I am M26 and i have heard t9 bikers get less kills tham t8. I also have a crap ton of t9 snipers because the times i have been attacked they were untouched. I also do not know if i should train t8 cars or t9. Should i keep training tons of t9 because they are higher tier? thanks !!
Trap bases don't work that well in this game though. If someone has a huge stat advantage over you, you'll get smoked regardless of how many troops you have
@@FlavioGaming is there any such thing of having to many troops that will cause a nerf% on the troops.. if there is no potential for trap bases then this game is mostly one sided for mega spenders that's no fun... lol well I guess I'll try I've done sunk money into the game now soooo just dont take hits from elite mansions right... night ripper car seems like it will take forever to get.. @@ChiLLaXinMaN81 Yeah. The more troops of a specific type you have, the less effective they become. Big spenders can wipe out millions of your troops in one hit while only losing a few thousand. Anyone with a 300% or higher stat advantage should be avoided, not just elite mansions. The higher the stat difference, the more likely they are to burn you.
That's a difficult question to answer. I don't really know which one's better to be honest, but I prefer balancing the two. I feel the more equal they are the better they work but I could be wrong.

Clan banner badges are extremely hard to get. You need to win certain city events for the 30 day banner & you need to finish in global top 10 for the permanent one.
Man sorry to annoy with so many questions, but you are like the godfather of mafia city. The videos are helping me a lot. I have a question though - What would you recommend me to do, i will definitely go for the massacre set, i am saving up all gems i can - still stuck with lvl 15 set. Should i already start doing items in order to use them for synthesise later? And which one i should use for that. Any info would be helpful.
Start making massacre pieces. Equip the set once you get it. Make sure the entire set is of a single color otherwise you won't get the full set buff. Then start making grey/green pieces to upgrade the set. Upgrade only when you have enough pieces to upgrade the full set so that you don't lose the full set buff
I have a literal tank base. My philosophy has been be the strongest to withstand any form of attack. That's why my base is build different. But game mechanics can offen be used to defeat me. I can't be zeroed but i can be defeated.
When doing a raid, does the stats of the person who initiates the raid apply to everyones troops in the raid. Or does each persons own stats apply to their troops? Also same question about reinforcements. The reason I ask is because battle reports, only show stats of person initiating raid or who turf is being attacked.
Everyone retains their own stats during normal raids & reinforcements. The only exception is super raids where all players get the raid setter's stats. But you need to be SVIP 10 to start a super raid, not many players can do it
@@jasonmclean7936 yes. 100% sure everyone retains their own stats while reinforcing. You might be losing because the enemy must be killing a lot of the troops of the player you're reinforcing because of their weak stats. But if your stats are superior, your troops won't take much damage & will get a lot of kills compared to the player you've reinforced.

@@jasonmclean7936 Yes. Because the outcome of the battle is based on the power loss of both sides. The side that loses the most power loses the battle. The only exception to this is if the attacker loses all their troops in the battle. In that case, the attacker will lose even if they've killed more power
Very nice guide. Big fan of ur videos! Flavio should I always keep training troops. Currently I'm training level 7 bulkers defensive. Someone told me I should train 100k of them or more it will be harder for someone to attack me. Is that true? Whats your opinion on this. And whats the best formation for attacking someone. I know it differs from player to player. But what's a good default troop setup. If you can reply by percentage would be nice and which type of troop.
In your video, you mention to place lower tier troops in front of higher tiers. Doesn't this happen automatically? I don't see a method in the game with which to do this.
It happens automatically. I was just explaining it in the video so that next time you see a battle report, you'll know why all your low tier troops were killed before higher tier ones
Upgrade the babes with skills that increase march capacity & max out your diner. If you're level 38+ you should be able to get extra march capacity by investing your skillpoints in the battle tree, also, the ringleader skill helps. Vigilantes like firelord, wendy, marcus & nick give extra march capacity too.
Can you do an updated version? Since I’m sure there have been buffs and debuffs to troops since this was made? Also, if it’s not to much trouble could you explain troop formations for m29 and lower?

hi bro. now i am training bikers, bulkers, shooters, vehicles all in T8 level. should i disband all low levels T1 , 2 ,3 , 4 , 5 , 6 that i was training before and to keep only T8 and T7, for more high quality power?

Hi Flavio - thank you so much for your Mafia City videos. When you dispatch reinforcements to a teammate's mansion, do your troops keep their Battle Stats (Troop Bonuses) or do your troops inherit the Batte Stats of the host mansion? I understand that a Defensive Weapon can attack either type of enemy troop. For example, a Grenade can either attack a Tanker or a Combater. How is this determined? Is it randomly choosen and that choice applied to ALL tiers of a Defensive Weapon? For example, say that Tankers are selected to the target of Grenades. Is that selection applied to all tiers of Grenades or is a selection made for each tier of Grenades?
For reinforcements, your teammate's troops will keep their stats & your troops will keep your stats. For defence weapons, I don't know. Never really cared about them much since they don't even do 1% of the total damage in most cases
Assume I attack a lvl6 turf with 1mn rss, I was able to get only 70k on each attacks. Lvl 6 will not have bigger vault, so I can steal atleast 700k rss but I get only 70k on each. Some say I have wrong troop formation. Any suggestion to get good rss on attacking a dead turf with lot of rss?
Turfs that are below level 8 (or level 10, I'm not sure) give you very little resources per hit no matter what troop formation you use (even if they have a lot of unsafe resources)
Each troop has a "load" capacity. When you send your march they can only steal the capacity they have to load. Vehicles have largest load, bikers have least load. Kill all the troops then send vehicle and bulker to steal as much as possible per hit. Mansion level has nothing to do with what you steal. If I empty my farm with another farm with say 10M RSS IL take several hits to steal. If I hit with my main IL take it all in 1 or 2 hits ... The higher the level and the bigger the march the more you will steal cuz you will have a bigger load. Also cargo and cash are worth the same, Arms is worth more the cargo and cash Metal is worth more then arms. Use the tiles to see the real comparison cuz all the tiles have the same amount of RSS. So a lvl 6 metal, arms, cargo and cash have the same amount of RSS but are worth different. So lvl6 cargo and cash have 288k Arms 48k And metal 12k So by that you now that: 12k metal = 48k arms = 288k cargo and cash. So when you stack a turf and steal 120k metal you are stealing the equivalent to 2.88M in RSS Sorry this ended up longer then I intended but hope it makes sense
@@rafaelpedrosa9218 Attacking mansions below level 10 will not give you resources based on your load. They have some kind of in built protection mechanism in the game that restricts the amout you can rob from such mansions (lvl 10 or below) even if they have a ton of unsafe resources. What you said does apply to mansions above level 10 though
@Flavio Gaming if that is the case I confess I have never experienced it.... Although I also confess I don't really ever atack low level mansions like that. Even for a farm I don't really see the point of having anything under lvl 15. So il take your word on that although me personally I have never experienced such a problem.

Hmmm I could've swore charge hit the tankers and combaters I use heavy combaters low tankers against stronger biker opponents and it tears their bikers up
Snipers do better at defense I agree but they are most effective against armored bulkers and trucks and gunners against soft targets so you swap them around based on opponents defensive troop numbers
I have been playing for about a year. I'm level 24 mansion and am about 9 mil power. I have a bunch of t8 and t7. Should I pick up smaller guys and use them in attacks
As I said in the video, the 33% tanker & 11% other types formation is very common. But you could also use formations with Tankers, Riders & Assault Vehicles which would also be very effective. Make sure you add a few low tier troops as well

Depends on their stats. If the M30 you're attacking's stats are a lot weaker than yours, you should go for the attack. If they're slightly weaker then maybe attack with rescue. If they're a lot stronger then it's not worth attacking. Troop count also matters especially when the stat difference between the 2 M30s is not a lot

In My city the strongers person has a M30 and 5 mil power and says he can beat a M30 12 mil power guy but doesn't bother attacking because he has 400k tankers... I was just blown away wonder when I'm gonna get to those figures since i'm not a wallet warrior lol
@Nkosana I'm an E1 13M power, leader of one of the biggest clans in the game... Got 200% attack stats, participated and ranked in Gov event and love battle royal .. and with over 1.5M troops there are guys in the game with 300%, 400% even more that have soloed me in royal, and even with reinforcement I burn.... Stats is everything... Unfortunately if you encounter some of these rich mofos (we think they GM accounts) only course of action is to bubble. And this guy you saying has 5M he is fully able to win vs a 12M mansion but he has to have 300% plus stats and the 12M has to have under 200% stats

What mansion level are you? There are investments, equipment & babes too that give hospital space. You should work on them if your hospitals are maxed. You can stop training troops if you feel 58105 is enough otherwise work on both simultaneously, troops and hospital capacity

Beginner here, what troup setup would you recommend for general turf defence/offence? I notice a lot of this is tournament specific, and I'm just wondering if I should follow the same, or do something different?
Follow the same, tuf defense works the same as tournament defense. The only difference is that all the troops inside your turf are used for turf defense while only 1 March is used for tournament defense

I have some specific questions about the best troop set-up:
1. I see a lot of people who are sending more T9 bikers than T10 bikers in their formation. I don't get that, because in my opinion the special skill of T10 biker is much more helpful at the arena and all the stats of T10 bikers are better expect of the attack power, but it's only one point - what do u think?
2. I understand that low tier troops are helpful because of the overperformance-rate. In your example ur advice was to send 20k t10, 8k t8 and 2k t6 bikers instead of 30k t10 bikers. That means a percentage of 66% highest troop level and 33% low tier troops. Do u think this is the best ratio to mix troops? I made a few tests and my result was that a ratio of. 75/25 or nearly 80/20 is more effective than sending too much low tier troops. Could u betray ur experience a bit more?

1. T9 bikers are good, they get a lot of kills but I personally don't like them because they're vulnerable to charge & have low defense. When you add t9 bikers, all the charge attacks will trigger on them because they're the only ranged troops &, you'll end up losing a lot of troops. With t10 bikers, they share the charged attacks with T9 & T10 bulkers so you don't lose a lot of troops.
2. I don't know what the best ratio is either. The example was just to explain the concept, notto tell people the best ratio. I personally feel the ratio of 2:1 for t8 to t6 bikers works best for me though. The best ratio would be a ratio where the efficiency (kills per troop) is the same for all offensive troops. That seems to happen when my t8:t6 biker ratio is around 2:1

the formation,(if you have around 100K troops size with M26):make it 30K T7 bulker,20K T9 bulker,18K T9 biker,10K T9 sniper,17K T8 trucks and 5K T8 shooters.
if you have only T8 below(for m22[max troops size:88,600]):22K T7 bulker,18K T8 bulker,15K T8 biker,15K T8 trucks,10K T8 shooters,4,3K T7 Shooter and 4,3K T7 Biker.
-Remember to borrow more Sniper if enemy have lots of trucks.
-Some kind like T9 biker and T7 biker are great for attacking rss tiles/defend the tiles
-T7 bulker/T10 bulker are important on battle/turf battle/attack turf. trust me
-Don't send T8 bulker when you got T9 bulker in hand&Don't send T7 trucks when you have T8 trucks in hand,same like T8 bulker and T9 bulker

oh 1 more thing. if you're on Tournament Mode(city tournament)(for T8 T7 set)you might better use all crew boost. 50% crew boost and 20%/30% crew stats. if you could get up to 140K to 150K crew size with boost,make it around 50K T7 bulker,they're the key for your tournament match. the rest is up to you,same as my formation percentage.
Yeah, they are good for defense indeed. You should try adding a few thousand low tiers to your march as well, they do help get few more kills. For example, if you are using 20k t9 bulkers, you could try using 18k t9 bulkers & 2k t8 bulkers & you should be able to observe that the t8 bulkers will get more kills per troop than the t9 bulkers.
Also, add 1 t1, t2, t4, t6 bulker as well to reduce the t7 bulker casualties.
I've tired doing that in the underground tournament & the results were surprising.
Yeah. A lot of people use the 50%march buff for the underground tournament, but I don't think it's worth it. It costs 3.7k gold at the smuggler. So, unless you're getting top 3 you will be spending more than what you get. I prefer using 25% march buff.
Makes some since as to why charge work against melee troops when ranged are mostly gone but still the low ranged bikers that attack the low ranged troops have charge and the ranged that attack ranged have it sometimes as skills makes it osd

T9 bikers do a lot of damage if used in large numbers.

The more troops you have the better it will be. 50% of your total troop count should be t7 bulkers.
Trap bases don't work that well in this game though. If someone has a huge stat advantage over you, you'll get smoked regardless of how many troops you have

@@ChiLLaXinMaN81 Yeah. The more troops of a specific type you have, the less effective they become. Big spenders can wipe out millions of your troops in one hit while only losing a few thousand. Anyone with a 300% or higher stat advantage should be avoided, not just elite mansions. The higher the stat difference, the more likely they are to burn you.
My formations were kept secret with upkeep bonus talent, I use my formations to gather resources and use 100% to attack.

Clan banner badges are extremely hard to get. You need to win certain city events for the 30 day banner & you need to finish in global top 10 for the permanent one.

I have a question though - What would you recommend me to do, i will definitely go for the massacre set, i am saving up all gems i can - still stuck with lvl 15 set. Should i already start doing items in order to use them for synthesise later? And which one i should use for that. Any info would be helpful.
Start making massacre pieces. Equip the set once you get it. Make sure the entire set is of a single color otherwise you won't get the full set buff. Then start making grey/green pieces to upgrade the set. Upgrade only when you have enough pieces to upgrade the full set so that you don't lose the full set buff
I have a literal tank base. My philosophy has been be the strongest to withstand any form of attack. That's why my base is build different. But game mechanics can offen be used to defeat me. I can't be zeroed but i can be defeated.

When doing a raid, does the stats of the person who initiates the raid apply to everyones troops in the raid. Or does each persons own stats apply to their troops?
Also same question about reinforcements.
The reason I ask is because battle reports, only show stats of person initiating raid or who turf is being attacked.
Everyone retains their own stats during normal raids & reinforcements.
The only exception is super raids where all players get the raid setter's stats. But you need to be SVIP 10 to start a super raid, not many players can do it

@@jasonmclean7936 yes. 100% sure everyone retains their own stats while reinforcing. You might be losing because the enemy must be killing a lot of the troops of the player you're reinforcing because of their weak stats. But if your stats are superior, your troops won't take much damage & will get a lot of kills compared to the player you've reinforced.

The only exception to this is if the attacker loses all their troops in the battle. In that case, the attacker will lose even if they've killed more power

It happens automatically. I was just explaining it in the video so that next time you see a battle report, you'll know why all your low tier troops were killed before higher tier ones

Upgrade the babes with skills that increase march capacity & max out your diner. If you're level 38+ you should be able to get extra march capacity by investing your skillpoints in the battle tree, also, the ringleader skill helps. Vigilantes like firelord, wendy, marcus & nick give extra march capacity too.

No. You can kill them during governor if you want, you'll get honor points. But keep a few of each type

Hi Flavio - thank you so much for your Mafia City videos. When you dispatch reinforcements to a teammate's mansion, do your troops keep
their Battle Stats (Troop Bonuses) or do your troops inherit the Batte Stats of the
host mansion? I understand that a Defensive Weapon can attack either type of enemy troop. For
example, a Grenade can either attack a Tanker or a Combater. How is this determined?
Is it randomly choosen and that choice applied to ALL tiers of a Defensive Weapon? For
example, say that Tankers are selected to the target of Grenades. Is that selection applied
to all tiers of Grenades or is a selection made for each tier of Grenades?
For reinforcements, your teammate's troops will keep their stats & your troops will keep your stats.
For defence weapons, I don't know. Never really cared about them much since they don't even do 1% of the total damage in most cases

You need to train a lot of bulkers in that case. 50% of your total troop count should be bulkers to survive long enough.
But stats still play a huge role. So someone with a 200-300% stat advantage will be able to steamroll you easily

Assume I attack a lvl6 turf with 1mn rss, I was able to get only 70k on each attacks. Lvl 6 will not have bigger vault, so I can steal atleast 700k rss but I get only 70k on each. Some say I have wrong troop formation. Any suggestion to get good rss on attacking a dead turf with lot of rss?
Turfs that are below level 8 (or level 10, I'm not sure) give you very little resources per hit no matter what troop formation you use (even if they have a lot of unsafe resources)
Each troop has a "load" capacity. When you send your march they can only steal the capacity they have to load. Vehicles have largest load, bikers have least load.
Kill all the troops then send vehicle and bulker to steal as much as possible per hit. Mansion level has nothing to do with what you steal.
If I empty my farm with another farm with say 10M RSS IL take several hits to steal. If I hit with my main IL take it all in 1 or 2 hits ... The higher the level and the bigger the march the more you will steal cuz you will have a bigger load.
Also cargo and cash are worth the same,
Arms is worth more the cargo and cash
Metal is worth more then arms.
Use the tiles to see the real comparison cuz all the tiles have the same amount of RSS. So a lvl 6 metal, arms, cargo and cash have the same amount of RSS but are worth different.
So lvl6 cargo and cash have 288k
Arms 48k
And metal 12k
So by that you now that:
12k metal = 48k arms = 288k cargo and cash.
So when you stack a turf and steal 120k metal you are stealing the equivalent to 2.88M in RSS

@@rafaelpedrosa9218 Attacking mansions below level 10 will not give you resources based on your load. They have some kind of in built protection mechanism in the game that restricts the amout you can rob from such mansions (lvl 10 or below) even if they have a ton of unsafe resources. What you said does apply to mansions above level 10 though
@Flavio Gaming if that is the case I confess I have never experienced it.... Although I also confess I don't really ever atack low level mansions like that. Even for a farm I don't really see the point of having anything under lvl 15. So il take your word on that although me personally I have never experienced such a problem.

Hmmm I could've swore charge hit the tankers and combaters I use heavy combaters low tankers against stronger biker opponents and it tears their bikers up
Also higher charge always makes score less kills against ranged
Also their melee troops with elite skill to sometimes attacked ranged and assaulters are ranged that sometimes charge
That's how I set up against my oponents and it works most the time
Snipers do better at defense I agree but they are most effective against armored bulkers and trucks and gunners against soft targets so you swap them around based on opponents defensive troop numbers

As I said in the video, the 33% tanker & 11% other types formation is very common. But you could also use formations with Tankers, Riders & Assault Vehicles which would also be very effective. Make sure you add a few low tier troops as well

Flavio, a M30 vs M30 fight, is it worth it?? How do you decide if it's worth it?
Depends on their stats. If the M30 you're attacking's stats are a lot weaker than yours, you should go for the attack. If they're slightly weaker then maybe attack with rescue. If they're a lot stronger then it's not worth attacking.
Troop count also matters especially when the stat difference between the 2 M30s is not a lot

With decent training speed you can train 1.5k t10 tankers a day. So should take around 9 months of continuous training
@Nkosana I'm an E1 13M power, leader of one of the biggest clans in the game... Got 200% attack stats, participated and ranked in Gov event and love battle royal .. and with over 1.5M troops there are guys in the game with 300%, 400% even more that have soloed me in royal, and even with reinforcement I burn.... Stats is everything... Unfortunately if you encounter some of these rich mofos (we think they GM accounts) only course of action is to bubble. And this guy you saying has 5M he is fully able to win vs a 12M mansion but he has to have 300% plus stats and the 12M has to have under 200% stats

What mansion level are you? There are investments, equipment & babes too that give hospital space. You should work on them if your hospitals are maxed. You can stop training troops if you feel 58105 is enough otherwise work on both simultaneously, troops and hospital capacity
