I'm listening from Malaysia. I've been following since I was introduced to David Pawson's videos. I'm completely mesmerised and once, I listened all through from nearly 12 midnight to past 5am and still feel so refreshed! Now I know how much I do not know and I thought I knew. In fact, I'm untaught with rethinking new thoughts having been well taught nowadays and now, I live daily as if I'm already ready to live the thousand years physically again but with Jesus Christ present (well, as possibly as I can, in my way of dressing, my manner of speech, my mannerisms ...). I do have many questions still, like whether the Holy Spirit returns to be with the Father when Jesus is present on earth.

In 2024 we seem so much closer to the things David talks about here. Israel is fighting for its existance but rejecting the God who created and blessed it.What comes next? We will see soon!

They are available online now. I so would love to have been able to hear David's comments on where we are now in Bible prophecy. I believe he said we were in the beginning of the Great Tribulation before he passed away earlier this year- 2020.

I love his teaching, but I have to challenge the idea that the last seal, trumpet and bowl go together. The seals are very different in nature, they must be broken off before the scroll of judgement can be read, they themselves are not God's so called judgements, but the final straws before God's judgement from the scroll is declared with Trumpets. At the breaking of the 6th seal it is acknowledged that now God's judgement has arrived, and he seals his people for protection before it begins. No declaration of Christ's reign occurs after the breaking of the 7th seal only an awesome silence - the calm before the storm. The Trumpets and bowls however seem to line up more or less and could perhaps parallel one another from different perspectives, with the 2 witnesses prophesying and calling these plagues upon the whole earth, so that everyone knows they are from God and when they are finally killed the whole earth rejoices. If I ever got the chance I would love to chat with David personally about this, meeting him would be a dream come true.
Hello brother, what you’re saying make sense but it doesn’t necessarily line up when you read about the 6th seal in Revelation 6:12-17. The signs given here is very similar to that of Matthew 24:29-31, where immediately after these things will be the return of Christ. And this makes sense because the unbelievers of all status cried out to the mountains to fall on them for the sole reason to hide them from the presence of God and the wrath of the Lamb for the Great Day of Wrath (the Day of the LORD) has come. So from this we can tell very well that indeed the sixth seal could very possibly be in line with the 7th trumpet and the bowl. But yet here still it leaves a conundrum, why were the sudden and abrupt interruption to the story occur, this I don’t have a clue yet. However it is certain that the 6th seal confirms the sign in Matthew 24 as well as the trumpet and the bowls.
Questions? When does Jesus come on a cloud (is that “the meeting in the air”) and when does Jesus come on a white horse with His robe dipped in blood (is that Armageddon)?

I think the dimensions in Revelation make the City about a third the size of the Moon. That's a big city. In all history, there (will) have possibly been about 4 billion Christians and Jews, at most. The new Earth can clearly hold at least 8 billion people, if it's the same size as this one.
Very thorough, but I'm not persuaded of his literalist/non-symbolic interpretation of the events described, eg the two witnesses I do not see as necessarily two individuals but might be representing something else (unknown). Same with the catastrophes. To me they're just as likely (or more likely) to be symbolic as literal, at least sometimes...
There are many well respected teachers who preach Believers will be spared the great trouble After many years of in-depth Bible Study David came to the conclusion the rapture will come after the great trouble David teaches the promise made to the Church in Philadelphia Rev 3:10 has been fulfilled and gives his reasons - plus the recurring theme throughout the book of Revelation is " to he who overcomes...... Believers including the Jews have never been spared persecution and with times of persecution comes a time of testing Its not a dumb question but Davids position is not the most popular one but I believe he is correct

The saints are believed to be those Jews that are converted during the Tribulation, not the church - the pagan believers. And as the seals, trumpets and bowls are in motion, John - represents the church - is in heaven.
Generally very good, however the woman is Israel as defined by Jacob in Genesis 37:10. Jesus was born of Israel, not the church, the church didn't exist until after Jesus' death, burial, resurrection and ascension. The first word of Rev 12:6 is "And" not "Then". There is a 2000 year gap between verses 5 and 6, the church age.
God never wanted a king, He wanted a theocracy. He gave the israelis a king because they asked for it, even though He was against it and warned that their king would be bad for them. they didnt care
God is this as noted in the Lord's Prayer, When your Kingdom comes, Your Will, will be done, on this Earth as it is in Heaven. When the Lord returns it will be as the Lord of Lord's and King of King's. Peace be with you.
12 stars as Angels? no explanation for this. Sounds like either the 12 tribes or the 12 disciples. The Messiah came through the Jews, Israel. The Davidic covenant Christ will rule with a rod of Iron. So is this women giving birth to new converts during the Tribulation? looks that way. Are these Jewish converts. God says he is married to Israel in a few sections in the old testament. So question is the Bride the Church comprising of believers regardless of ethnicity or is it Israel?

HI Anna - there are many Christian who believe there will be a Rapture of Christians before the Great Tribulation, but this was not the teaching of the Church before the early 1800's, so what changed ? The verse you quote Rev 3:10 was a word given to one of the Seven Churches ....not all the Churches just Philadelphia and David believed it was a prophecy that has already been fulfilled - the tribulation that the Romans ordered everyone to bow and worship Ceasar a a god - God protected Philadeliphia from that trouble and thChristiansprophecy that has been fulfilled and prophecy that has yet to happen ....we are all free to believe what ever we wish, but I dont see any grounds or other scripture that backs up that ''Christ is going to spare Christians from going through the big trouble ......

Rev 4:1 is John being called up into heaven by as it were of a trumpet talking. Rev 4:4 the 24 elders, which throughout the bible 'elder' is equated with the church, are dressed in white raiment. Then rev 5 is when the seals are opened. If the elders represent the church then the church is already in heaven before the scrolls are opened. And Thessalonians says the Trump of God. Not the the last trumpet blast by the angel at the end. If this was already partly fulfilled in 70 ad how come it wasn't actually written till after 90 ad?
If I may, I believe the context refers to only martyrs. Not all Christians are martyrs and these particular ones have been martyred during the big trouble. Hope that clears it.

Before the 3rd temple is even measured, and before the 144k Jewish males virgins are sealed... the 24 elders testified “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.” BUT, YES... there will be those during Jacob’s trouble to come to faith in messiah... God’s elect, many who at the halfway point (marked by the antichrist taking the throne in Jerusalem) will run to the Judean wilderness, some who will refuse the mark of the Beast and it will cost them their heads... but the promise for the Christian is the great mystery “I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed- in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. When there is the new earth how will it hold all the peoples of all times together?..
I think the dimensions in Revelation make the City about a third the size of the Moon. That's a big city. In all history, there (will) have possibly been about 4 billion Christians and Jews, at most. The new Earth can clearly hold at least 8 billion people, if it's the same size as this one.

Very thorough, but I'm not persuaded of his literalist/non-symbolic interpretation of the events described, eg the two witnesses I do not see as necessarily two individuals but might be representing something else (unknown). Same with the catastrophes. To me they're just as likely (or more likely) to be symbolic as literal, at least sometimes...

Believers including the Jews have never been spared persecution and with times of persecution comes a time of testing

The saints are believed to be those Jews that are converted during the Tribulation, not the church - the pagan believers. And as the seals, trumpets and bowls are in motion, John - represents the church - is in heaven.
Generally very good, however the woman is Israel as defined by Jacob in Genesis 37:10. Jesus was born of Israel, not the church, the church didn't exist until after Jesus' death, burial, resurrection and ascension. The first word of Rev 12:6 is "And" not "Then". There is a 2000 year gap between verses 5 and 6, the church age.
God never wanted a king, He wanted a theocracy. He gave the israelis a king because they asked for it, even though He was against it and warned that their king would be bad for them. they didnt care
God is this as noted in the Lord's Prayer, When your Kingdom comes, Your Will, will be done, on this Earth as it is in Heaven. When the Lord returns it will be as the Lord of Lord's and King of King's. Peace be with you.

I appreciate his teaching, but I don’t agree about believers going into the tribulation... I do believe there will be those who get saved after and will need to stay strong through it.

HI Anna - there are many Christian who believe there will be a Rapture of Christians before the Great Tribulation, but this was not the teaching of the Church before the early 1800's, so what changed ? The verse you quote Rev 3:10 was a word given to one of the Seven Churches ....not all the Churches just Philadelphia and David believed it was a prophecy that has already been fulfilled - the tribulation that the Romans ordered everyone to bow and worship Ceasar a a god - God protected Philadeliphia from that trouble and thChristiansprophecy that has been fulfilled and prophecy that has yet to happen
....we are all free to believe what ever we wish, but I dont see any grounds or other scripture that backs up that ''Christ is going to spare Christians from going through the big trouble ......

Rev 4:1 is John being called up into heaven by as it were of a trumpet talking. Rev 4:4 the 24 elders, which throughout the bible 'elder' is equated with the church, are dressed in white raiment. Then rev 5 is when the seals are opened. If the elders represent the church then the church is already in heaven before the scrolls are opened. And Thessalonians says the Trump of God. Not the the last trumpet blast by the angel at the end.

If I may, I believe the context refers to only martyrs. Not all Christians are martyrs and these particular ones have been martyred during the big trouble. Hope that clears it.

I think that could be the sign or a foreshadow. The tribulation is not even start until there is a covenant with many. That is the beginning of tribulation. Because Israel is betrayed in the middle of the seven years
