CHILLI BEEF || QUICK and EASY BEEF CHILLI

  • INGREDIENTS:
    FOR MARINATION:
    2" long sliced beef- 150 g
    1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp garlic paste
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 Egg
    2 tbsp Cornstarch
    FOR SAUCE:
    1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp chili sauce
    1.5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
    1 tbsp White Vinegar
    1/2 tbsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    FOR COOKING:
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    Sliced Onion
    Capsicum( Red & Green)
    2 Sliced red chilies
    spring onion, thinly sliced
    Preparation
    1. Slice the steaks into thin strips and place into a small bowl.
    2.Add the cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic paste, and pepper, olive oil and Egg. Mix until evenly coated.
    3.prepare the sauce by adding the soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar and salt.
    4.Carefully heat the oil in a deep pan, place the beef strips into the oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.
    5.Place on some tissue to soak up the excess oil and set a aside.
    6. Add oil to a frying pan. Frying sliced onion over a medium heat for a 1-2 minutes. Add sliced capsicum and fry for another minute.
    7.Add the fried beef steak and then add the mixed sauce. Stir in the beef steaks until evenly coated.
    8.Garnish with spring onion and red chilies.
