I need to get one of these in my life especially considering how tedious pasting shells can be. Thanks for making this and I'm sure it will do great in the pyrotechnics world. 😊
Beau travail ! Le rendu de la machine et du panneau de contrôle est super propre ! ...... Bonne continuation toujours un plaisir de voir tes vidéos popper dans mes alertes.
Dude your goin places..Iv been tryin to wrap my head around building a similar machine, but its easier to buy one. U may as well put those dudes in mass production because they will sell. Goodjob man.
Amazing machine. Great that you don't need an external computer to run it. I wish my mind worked like yours and i could build similar things. I'm sure so much engineering goes into the design.
Have you considered selling inert shells for retail and trade show display purposes ? I know many fireworks display companies who attend wedding shows who would benefit from scale inert items to show customers what actually create the magic in the sky
I still roll by hand but have an easy way to roll just like this when I make ball shells but mostly do cans. This is nice tho I had a similar experience making a star roller i need one of these
This is really neat. And I like the name ;) I'm not a fireworks person. Could these be modified to use carbon fiber to make COPV pressure vessels for aerospace parts?
Wondering if you could help me figure out how I can get my 18’ Ferris wheel (made from PVC pipes) to spin with a motor. It is part of my Halloween decoration for this year theme. Skeletons ride in baskets and it it does spin butt if I could get it motorized that would be awesome. Let me know if you could offer me any advice
Do you feel like electric match you can buy on eBay is safe for igniting something like your bomb hit squib? I want to make one a lot bigger eventually but I don’t want to blow my hands off. I have experience with mixing FP and everything but I am afraid something could set off the electric match. I am sure I am being paranoid but I have never used it before and I ordered some off eBay. You seem like you have been doing this for a long time so the input would be greatly appreciated! (I have only ever used visco fuse and I want to switch that for electric match wired directly into the powder)
Hi Nicolas, theoretically i just wanted to use your last video to ask you a question, but man, thats some nice work you have done there :) I discovered your channel on the search for smoke machines. Would it be possible to create like a portable smoke machine Bagpack? Nothing that really spills smoke all the time but more like controlled bursts. Like dozens of small vapes combined together or a DIY approach. I Imagine it would be awesome for Juggernaut Cosplays, the Flamethrower Dudes from FAR CRY3 for example. Maybe thats an idea for you :)
I genuinely find myself wondering what professional pyrotechnician might think of this machine! of course, the DIY crowd will copy the design and make it themselves. however! you might be able to sell the machine to small-time and medium time pyrotechnics groups. specifically the groups who are tired of hand pasting.
Nice machine but it needs to be a lot cheaper than a wasp super stinger :) I use a hand cranked pasting machine with wooden gears that cost £60 which was equal to $100 at the time. If you need some inspiration for a different glue box here`s the one i came up with: th-cam.com/video/AHlc0zqQQWY/w-d-xo.html If you like a challenge you should put a parallel paper tube rolling machine (with integrated glue application) on the to do list :)
@@NicolasSalencPBP You did a great job on the ring and your smaller machine. If the price point is similar to the wasp, the choice will come down to features. The wasp can change the positon of the poles on each layer which isnt possible with a fixed clamping system.
The paper allows the shell to build pressure before bursting resulting in a stronger break. Although the paper seems negligable, you would be surprised to see how strong it can be with a few layers 👍
I am happy to see that someone made a mashine on a price which is reachable for the homepyro.Unbeliveble work !
Not really a reachable price for many, still cool though. I'll never be able to afford one.

You aint kidding. Next to making the chems, its the most time consuming thing to hand wrap these dudes. Price is fair too.
Finally a new video, I've been waiting
Got a little tied up in this project... Plenty of cool videos still to come!

What a good and interesting invention! Good luck with your business😜
That's The Most Incredibly fire work shell machine i've ever seen. Congrats bro. 😍

Last time i saw your videos for fog machines! NOW YOU MAKE A FIREWOKRS PASTING MACHINE??? oMG your channel is perfect. IJUST NEEDED THIS VIDEO!!
Wow, I'm genuinely impressed. Well done!
Wow, really amazing machines
I have no idea why I am here, having zero interest in firework making process. But those machines and their results are beautiful

Very interested in your products, sadly your website seems to be down.
Man that is so amazing, it takes for hand pasting 10 hours and its never perfect , and for machine takes 10 minutes and its perfect 😭
Brill video and great music 😉
😍😍😍 wow that thing is beautiful
I’m buying one for sure buddy!!
Super cool, now I just need to actually get into making firewords x)

Respect! I ♥it!
Are you still selling these? When I go to your website it says, sorry this store is currently unavailable. 🤔
He fooled everyone by showing a product he didn't have. Luckily PayPal gave me my money back.
Nice job im definitely interested in buying one 👍...
When can you going have it in stock

i got a idea , making a arc furnace ,
and do a high amp arc furnace vs high voltage arc furnace

I'm sure it could!
@NicolasSalencPBP if only if my dad saw this video,he used to make ball shells now he makes are maltese traditional multi break shells. 😊
@NicolasSalencPBP and also wher can I find the files for the sirens pls .

Where is he?
You need to paste wider strips on bigger shells
Bravo Bravo
take my money!
Do I know or need anyhing to with shell pastin? No. Am I in the market for a machine like this? No. Is it satisfying watching paper tape spiral? Yes.
Cool

Would be nice if the Mini would go to 6" instaed of 4"
Oh fireworks right..... I was thinking what an earth is this for 😅
Just to point out I only noticed the thumbnail 😅
I realized after posting the video that I only mentioned fireworks after 8 mins... Oh well 😅

You are explaining it like i own a machine like that
Who doesn't need a 12" firework shell pasting machine I mean come on 😁
Do you think you could make files so it could be 3D printed and/or make the electronics part available separately?
I'm afraid this project isn't open source...

A few questions. How much does the machine weigh including shipping materials? What is the price? Where are you shipping from?
So, like what happened with the website?

That's really cool but how do you slice rolls of masking tape to fit the mini?
Rolls of tape are available in those widths 👍
Why have you been gone
Hello, is there anyway to wrap the gaps from the clamps? One side should be ok.
I just fill it with hot glue or wood cement
