Know the process of doing Patanjali Meditation. Swami Ramdev || 21 Sep 2023
Every day we tell you to meditate for two to three minutes every day. Gradually you will start doing it for five to ten minutes also. Will start doing it even for half an hour. With meditation your life is completely transformed. What is the process of meditation? The first step of meditation is to meditate on Omkar with the breath. And experience that Omkar is the first announcement of the creation, the first sound. The shape of our body is also like Omkar. The eyebrows above our eyes are also like Omkar. Our nostrils, our lips, our throat, from where every word comes out, our heart, our entire body is filled with Om. Look at the body from top to bottom. Each and every cell of this body and each and everything of this universe is Omkar. Everything is Omkarmay. (Gayatri Mantra) (Mahamrityunjaya Mantra)
From Muladhara to Shahrar, meditation has many dimensions. Enter into them for a while. Now I am telling you some process, then you will start meditating for a long time gradually. Meditation on the eight chakras, from Muladhar to Shahtrar, each chakra is very energetic, Muladhar Chakra is the center of power, Swadhisthana Chakra removes the impurities within us. Manipura Chakra nourishes the entire body. Physical nourishment comes from Manipur and emotional nourishment comes from the Heart Chakra. Vishuddhi Chakra is the center of restraint, blood brain barrier is also here and all types of restraints are also here, restraint of speech, restraint of diet and thoughts. Ajna Chakra is the center of knowledge. Bhrikuti is the center of supreme knowledge. And Shahtrar is the center of Brahma knowledge. Meditate by being beyond all qualities (Sanskrit verse) For a while, divert your attention from body, senses, mind, home and family and focus your attention on that Supreme Being. Meditate on the entire world as God's creation. By meditating in this way, you become one with the Supreme. (Sanskrit verse) Meditate silently. Those who become silent and start falling asleep or start remembering something
Meditate with Kapalbhati. Anulom - Meditate with antonyms. (Sanskrit verse)
Those whose mind is filled with light should do Gyan Yoga. Those whose mind is action oriented should do Karma Yoga. And those whose mind is stable should surrender themselves to God and meditate. Meditate according to your mind. (Sanskrit verse)
