Ethiopia will be heaven for vegetarian food. They have lots of them. Ask for Injera with Shiro ( bean sauce) , injera with MISR ( Lentils) etc
I have been eating Injera all day😄 It is their staple food here

We have more comfortable buses with seating configuration of 2 by 2 ,mabrouk classic,Moyale raha,classic and liban
The vegetable you are eating is Kale. But Kenyans call it in Swahili "Sukuma Wiki" meaning "stretch the week".
You can "stretch the week" when you are on a low budget. That means that you have no money to eat meat with your carbohydrates like Ugali or maize meal, Chapati (pancake/unleavened bread) etc.
It is supposed to be the poor man's food. I eat it for nutritional reasons.

Why are people praying in the streets ?, can’t there be designated places specifically for them where there can pray and leave the streets and pavements so people can walk freely 🤷🏾♂️
You should check to see if you are really gaining by exchanging Kshs to US$.Initially you exchanged the rupee for Kshs,then Kshs to US$
I did not exchange rupees to ksh.
