A bit of a misinformation about Vantaa. Vantaa is a city and fully separate from Helsinki, Espoo, Kerava, Hyvinkää, Porvoo and some other cities. But it’s a part of Uusimaa division. It’s just basics. Same in Tampere. Nokia, Pirkkala, Kangasala, Ylöjärvi etc are different city and not part of Tampere but they are part of Pirkanmaa.
