- I did 5-dives for my Advanced Open Water including deep dives using water scooters to visit sunken ships and night diving. I also saw many interesting sea creatures like octopus and lobsters. The oceans really are an amazing place.
These courses were taken in Xiaoliuqiu with diving instructors Yinju and Ping. If you'd like to know more check out Stay Liuqiu Dive Center. Yinju can also teach in English.

教練兇的有道理，水下運動不能開玩笑，包含工具都要顧好，萬一故障就危險了，正常腳要直踢水，小飛以前一定沒下海玩過😁，另外台灣很多地方，海底非常漂亮，比小琉球還要美，還要彩色，是另外一個世界喔

上禮拜12初我才剛去小琉球! (本要當今年最後一次去 !怕冷所以沒戴泳褲去 )結果熱到爆 都流汗了 !看一堆人都在自由潛水 !自己只能在岸上乾瞪眼 F XXK !!!!早知就帶泳褲去 !難怪當地人 說小琉球 冬天也可下水 看來是真的 ~"'~....
寒流來也可以下~但最好穿防寒衣~水溫還有至少二十多度

Xiaoliuqiu is my absolute favourite spot for snorkeling. So beautiful and it's got so many cool creatures to see. Some of the green turtles are huge. Can't go to Taiwan this winter because of the 'rona, but at least I can watch your videos, so, thanks mate. Keep up the good work and consider yourself lucky to be in Taiwan at this time :)
映如教練真是很強耶!小飛好像有點掉以輕心了, 對自己裝備嚴格檢查一下後再下水, 畢竟是水肺啊... 或者教練用中文教時, 吸收比較不好? XD.........最後最後, 台灣有很棒的潛水環境啊, 覺得很多外國人都不知道, 希望他們能看到小飛這裡, 會很想來台灣!

那個踢腿真的可以再調整🤣🤣不過理論上PADI深潛是18-30就是了🤭🤭居琉很棒上次我是跟另一個教練從龍蝦洞到秘密花園再到海底水管再上岸，不過沒有水推自己踢就是了~話說要改善你的踢腿跟耗氣其實很簡單，把吸氣完到吐氣完時間拉長到五秒鐘你就會發現有很多作用，再來就是中性浮力技巧跟如何有效率踢動減少踢動次數，配重調整到適合自己體重，這樣你就會有非常多氣可以用了，至於踢動如何改善那就是膝蓋不要太彎但是要保持彈性，踢動以大腿為主要運動區域即可，能感受到蛙鞋踢水的阻力就表示你成功了

@@followxiaofei 應該是因為用高氧氣瓶的關系，因為高氧到太深會有氧中毒的問題，可以看試算表

AOW certification including hotels, boat, and 5 dives is around 15,000, nitrox certification is extra.

40m is close to the upper limit. Can only be there for a few minutes. I was only there for a few seconds though. The top of the ship was 33m... I just got a little carried away. The coaches called me back though.

no difference between ow and aow, pls stay within PADI's enviroment.
I had intended to stop at 100 feet but the ships size was misleading. Accidentally went lower but only for a few seconds. The instructors called me back.
@@followxiaofei I think the environment you dived is a pretty calm sea good one which PADI refer to, so I think with 40 deep is still ok. But other is not so lucky, just few days before, we lose an AOW girl in my country, she dived with her team in the sink hole cenote, at around 34 meters deep, she got similar devices like yours, single tank, simple BCD, a light device like yours, all single device. And she lost her team, then her guideline, she wrongly went into the cave zone where she want to find her team, she got naco, then accident, at the end robot+tec diver found her around 140+ down there. so sad. So sad:(
That's unfortunate. Sorry to hear that. This is open water with minimal currents and about 20 meters of visibility. Really nice conditions to dive in.
